DEFEND THE GREAT LEADERSHIP OF
CHAIRMAN GONZALO AND HIS ALL-POWERFULL GONZALO THOUGHT!
On December
3rd we celebrate the anniversary of the birth of Chairman Gonzalo and the day
of the People’s Liberation Army of Peru.
On September
11th, Chairman Gonzalo has given his life for the unfading
Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, the Party and the People’s War in the highest shining
trench of combat at the Callao Naval Base, glorious blood spilled to bear fruit
in Peru, but also generously flowed to illuminate the world.
With the
sacrifice of his own life Chairman Gonzalo has defeated the plan of the
CIA-Yankee-reaction-LOD to destroy him as Head of the Party and the revolution,
as the greatest Marxist-Leninist-Maoist of the present epoch, head of the world
proletarian revolution, seeking to infamous him as a revisionist and
capitulator, as a renegade of Maoism, people’s war and the PCP.
This
monstrous and infamous crime against the most important revolutionary prisoner
of war in the world as part of the genocide against the Peruvian people has
been consummated by mandate of Biden, executed by governmental mandate of the
counterrevolutionary rondero Pedro Castillo Terrones and with the direct help
of the rat “Miriam”. The reactionary plan applied for nearly 29 years always
crashed against the unbending, fierce resistance of the great proletarian
leadership, the great communist, who, having become a prisoner of war of the
old Peruvian state, transformed the concentration camp of the Callao Naval Base
into the highest shinning trench of combat.
Chairman
Gonzalo, like the communists, combatants, sons of the masses during these more
than 41 years of people’s war in Peru, with ideology, courage and heroism
boldly deployed in the fierce challenge of war, gave his life for the people’s
war.
This year
marks the 87th anniversary of the birth of Chairman Gonzalo, the greatest
Marxist-Leninist-Maoist of the present era, the leader of the Party and the
Peruvian revolution. In its process of development, the Peruvian revolution,
like every revolution, through the struggle of the proletariat as the leading
class and, above all, of the Communist Party, which upholds its inalienable
class interests, generated – by necessity and historical coincidence – a
leadership of recognised authority and ascendancy in Chairman Gonzalo. A
leadership solidly based on his all-powerful Gonzalo thought.
Concretely,
Chairman Gonzalo’s leadership and Gonzalo thought are generated in the process
of reconstituting the Party led by the Red Faction and, principally, of
initiating, maintaining and developing the people’s war. This is extremely
important, this is the main thing, because in the process of Gonzalo Thought it
is the people’s war that has driven it, that has led it to become concrete as
Gonzalo Thought.
The history
of the Party shows, Chairman Gonzalo said on a solemn occasion, that the
people’s war has made us understand deeply things already known and has made us
understand many new things, solve new problems and see new problems still to be
solved and it also makes us understand that there are many more things that
will have to be dealt with.
Chairman
Gonzalo and the Communist Party of Peru, leading the people’s war as part of
and in the service of the world proletarian revolution, understands Maoism more
deeply and starts the campaign for Maoism in 1982 and then takes up the defence
of Marxism with the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist counter-offensive, Gonzalo Thought;
first, against the triple revisionist attack of Gorbachev-Teng-Hoxa, then,
against the convergent attack of imperialism, reaction and revisionism and,
from the beginning of the 1990s to the present, against the general
counter-revolutionary offensive led by US imperialism as the sole hegemonic
superpower.
Chairman
Gonzalo, in 1986, stated that these concerted attacks were only a prologue to a
new development of our ideology, because Marxism has not taken a single step in
life without struggle. In the struggle to impose Maoism and its defence,
Chairman Gonzalo has contributed to the development of the ideology of the
proletariat, to the great process of development of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and
the CP became the Red Faction of the international communist movement.
Today,
progress has been made in recognising the universally valid contributions of
Chairman Gonzalo to the world proletarian revolution. It is a problem of time,
because understanding the personality and work of such historical figures as
Chairman Gonzalo and Gonzalo Thought requires time. To deepen the understanding
of his work as a whole requires further development of the world proletarian
revolution through people’s war; only in this way will we be in a position to
deepen our understanding and appreciation of it. It is a theoretical and practical
problem, thus a problem of the correspondence of the objective and subjective
process of the material world. Without practice there is no knowledge (Marx’s

At the 1st
Congress the content of Gonzalo thought was specified, more substantially
expressed in the general political line and the military line which is its
core, it did not deal with his contributions to the three integral parts of
Marxism. And it was said: “aiming at what is fundamental within it, the problem
of political power.“ Power here in Peru because it is the Peruvian revolution,
although being a thought that unfolds within Marxism-Leninism-Maoism,
necessarily has to be “nextricably linked to the conquest of power by the
proletariat in the whole world “. Otherwise it would not be communist, it would
not be inscribed within Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
The main
thing in Chairman Gonzalo’s theoretical and practical work, which led him to
give his own life, is to have defined Maoism as the new, third and highest
stage of the ideology of the proletariat and to have established the
fundamental aspect of power and how it is conquered and defended, i.e.,
people’s war. His work can be summed up in having reconstituted the Party,
initiated and led the people’s war in Peru, proving the full validity of Maoism
and the universality and invincibility of the people’s war. To have defined
Maoism as the new and to have defended it as he struggled to impose it on the
world is merit enough for Chairman Gonzalo.
Chairman
Gonzalo systematises what was developed in the theory and practice of the
Chinese and world revolution by Chairman Mao at the First Congress of the CP
(February 1988) stating that:
“All that
has been explained in the contents leads us to two questions:
What is fundamental
in Maoism? Political Power is fundamental in Maoism. Political power for the
proletariat, power for the dictatorship of the proletariat, power based on an
armed force led by the Communist Party. More explicitly:
1) Political
power under the leadership of the proletariat in the democratic revolution;
2) Political
power for the dictatorship of the proletariat in the socialist and cultural
revolutions;
3) Political
power based on an armed force led by the Communist Party, conquered and
defended through people’s war.
And, what is
Maoism? Maoism is the elevation of Marxism-Leninism to a new, third, and
superior stage in the struggle for proletarian leadership of the democratic
revolution, the development of the construction of socialism and the continuation
of the revolution under the proletarian dictatorship as a proletarian cultural
revolution; when imperialism deepens its decomposition and revolution has
become the main tendency of history, amidst the most complex and largest wars
seen to date and the implacable struggle against contemporary revisionism.”
He goes on
to say: “People’s war, the military theory of the proletariat, implies
universal validity; this is the point under discussion. People’s war is
universal, and this must be well understood, which means that it applies in all
circumstances in which the proletariat leads, taking into account the character
of the revolution: whether it is democratic, whether it is socialist or whether
it is a cultural revolution, and taking into account the specific conditions of
each country.”
In the
definition of Maoism it has been specified, at what point it occurs. Taking
Chairman Mao’s own ideas, he speaks of the decomposition of imperialism: “when
imperialism deepens its decomposition and revolution has become the main
tendency of history.”
Chairman
Gonzalo tells us that since the 80s of the last century imperialism has
increased the exploitation of the whole world for a new accumulation of
capital, thus increasing the misery and oppression of the masses all over the
world, mainly in the oppressed nations. That this leads to the accumulation of
a great explosiveness of the masses ready to revolt, that the situation is like
a cauldron ready to explode on all sides. As it has been doing since the second
decade of this century and more pronounced in this decade spurred by the
so-called “corona-crisis”, a crisis within the general crisis of imperialism.
“Corona-crisis” which is inseparable from the new world economic crisis, the
crisis of capitalist over-production. Crisis that leads to the destruction of
productive forces in a form not seen since the Second World War, amidst an
avalanche of anti-worker and anti-people measures of the reactionary
governments “legitimising” them as necessary for the fight against the
pandemic, the result of the political management of the imperialists,
reactionaries and revisionists, which has allowed the expansion of the COVID-19
epidemic into the COVID-19 pandemic and generated something that is nothing
less than a crime of genocide against the peoples of the world, which continues
to develop catastrophically for the immense masses of the world.
It is the
time of the sharpening of the crisis of imperialism and bureaucratic capitalism
throughout the world, when its decomposition is deepening, when all
contradictions are sharpening; when the revolutionary situation is developing
further and developing unevenly throughout the world, expressed in great
activity of the masses, its explosiveness makes all reactionaries and their revisionist
servants tremble; it is manifesting itself everywhere, marching to great
explosions never seen before. This objective situation is being met by the
development of the subjective factor, mainly the process of the Communist
APrties, as Marxist-Leninist-Maoist parties, mainly Maoist, parties of a new
type, militarised to initiate new people’s wars. Thus opening a new moment or
period of revolutions as part of the new great wave of the world proletarian
revolution, within the period of the “50 to 100 years” in which the strategic
offensive of the world revolution is inscribed. It shows that revolution is the
main historical and political trend in today’s world. This situation determines
the tasks, strategy and tactics of the Communist Parties all over the world.
At this
moment, when imperialism deepens its decomposition, tensions and turmoil occur
all over the world, it is the moment of the strategic offensive of the world
proletarian revolution. Chairman Gonzalo puts forward that the process of the
world revolution to sweep imperialism and reaction off the face of the earth
has three moments: 1st strategic defensive; 2nd strategic balance; and 3rd
strategic offensive of the world revolution. And applying the law of
contradiction to everything, it tells us, it has as its counterpart the
offensive of the counter-revolution.
Therefore,
as part of and at the service of the general counter-revolutionary offensive,
led by US imperialism as the sole hegemonic superpower, the main enemy of the
peoples of the world and the self-appointed world counter-revolutionary
gendarme, is the new revisionism led by the rats of the revisionist and
capitulationist ROL in PEru, Prachandra in Nepal, Avakian in the USA, etc.
The
revisionist and capitulationist ROL in Peru, as the head of the new revisionism
worldwide, denies the Marxist, Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, Gonzalo Thought,
congress, denies the Basis of Party Unity and all party agreements and events;
among other pearls, the ROL denies the semi-colonial and semi-feudal character,
on which a bureaucratic capitalism develops, in the countries of the Third
World, saying that these have ceased to be so because of “neo-liberalism” and
that in Peru, also because with the people’s war the semi-feudal relations were
destroyed and Peru became dependent capitalist and “that the present struggle
is for democratic rights, a new constitution and sovereignty”; these renegades
deny what Maoism and GOnzalo Thought have established, that until the
democratic revolution is completed with the seizure of power throughout the
country, the domination of imperialism, bureaucratic capitalism and
semi-feudalism will not have been destroyed. In Peru, where reaction has
re-established the old power, it has thereby re-established the old relations
of production, i.e. semi-feudalism.
The new
revisionism led internationally by the ROL, headed by the rat “Miriam”, denies
the role of the peasantry for the world proletarian revolution (WPR).
Understanding the importance of the peasantry for the WPR is key, not only for
communists in the oppressed countries but throughout the world. The
revisionists of the ROL put forward the disappearance of the peasantry, that
Peru is not semi-feudal, but dependent capitalist and the revolution is
socialist, like the TKP-ML, as in Nepal and many others and also accompanied by
the right wing, who propose that the peasantry is going to disappear in the
world.
The understanding of the
importance of the agrarian question, of the struggle of the peasantry in the
Third World, includes an important contribution of Chairman Gonzalo, who,
understanding bureaucratic capitalism, contributed to Maoism, without
understanding what is bureaucratic capitalism inseparable from imperialist
domination and semi-feudalism, one cannot understand the social process in
these countries and the dynamics in these countries and the whole world, when
imperialism has become more monopolistic, more parasitic or more developed
status of decomposition and more dying. Imperialism has advanced further in its
decomposition, through the export of capital, through the export of capital it
has subjected the economies and enterprises in Asia, Africa, Latin America and
Eastern Europe to the vertical organisation of its monopolies, the so-called
global value chains, by moving mainly in the 1990s and the first decade of the
2000s large parts of the industries for production to these places outside the
so-called imperialist centres. By exporting capital at levels
never seen before, speculation has been increased worldwide, further fuelled by
so-called sovereign debt, treasury bonds, EU bonds. The
monetary policy of the FED, the European Central Bank, the Bank of Japan, the
Bank of England has made the cost of money cheaper in the imperialist centres,
so it has sought to increase its value in those countries where the interest
rates are higher, i.e. in the countries of bureaucratic capitalism.
The new
revisionism denies the developing revolutionary situation internationally. It
denies the uneven development of favourable subjective conditions corresponding
to the development of the objective situation, it denies Maoism as the new
third and higher stage of the ideology of the proletariat, it denies the
development of the revolution with people’s wars in the world, the
contemporaries in Peru, India, on the Philippines, in Turkey and those who are
at the evening before its initiation, and they negate the advances in the
reconstitution of the Communist Parties.
Imperialism
throughout the world, showing all its decay and rottenness, is sustained by the
bloody bayonets of mercenary armies that will be powerless before us. Anyone
who takes a look at the world today will see that we are facing a situation
where the world proletarian revolution is the only way out, the only road for
humanity and that the development of the objective and subjective conditions in
the world are favourable for revolution. On this celebratory occasion of such
significance for the world proletarian revolution, we reaffirm the need to
strive strenuously, sparing nothing, for the Unified Maoist International
Conference and for the New International Organisation of the Proletariat to
emerge from it.
We
reiterate, this December 3, 2021, our commitment to give our lives to defend
the leadership of Chairman Gonzalo and his all-powerful Gonzalo Thought,
therefore, to continue developing the two united and inseparable campaigns,
that is, the campaign for Maoism and the campaign for the defence of Chairman
Gonzalo and his all-powerful Gonzalo Thought, aiming against the new
revisionism headed by the rats of the revisionist and capitulationist ROL
headed by the traitorous rat “Miriam”. Targeting the revisionist and
capitulationist ROL in Peru, as the head of the new revisionism on a world
level.
