Actions for the 39th Anniversary of the Day of Heroism
On June 19 the Day of Heroism is celebrated, day in which the Rebellion of the Revolutionary Political Prisoners and Revolutionary War Prisoners are commemorated. Hereby we share some of the actions done in this occasion:
The Peru People’s Movement has published a statement on the 39th Anniversary:
From Sweden there was a statement also published:
Pictures of wall paintings come from different cities of Germany: Cologne, Essen, Dortmund, Hamburg and Bremen.
A rally was also held in Hamburg under the slogan “Long live the struggle of the revolutionary prisoners and the revolutionary war prisoners!”
In Servir ao Povo, from Brazil, a translation of a letter wrote by a combatant of the People’s Guerrilla Army in the Luminous Trench of Combat of “El Frontón” was published.
From Aalborg, Denmark, different images of posters on the occasion of the Day of Heroism were published. There was also a call for an open presentation in which the Day of Heroism was presented and for Georges Ibrahim Abdallah:
