WE CONDEMN YANKEE IMPERIALISM AND THE PUPPET REGIME FOR THE HUMANITARIAN CATASTROPHE OF THE VENEZUELAN PEOPLE!
We condemn Yankee imperialism, led by the genocidal Trump, for the new crime committed in its capacity as occupying power against the people of Venezuela, in the form of non-compliance with the norms of its own international law, article 42 of the Hague Regulations of 1907 and the IV Geneva Convention on provisions applicable to occupied territories by not having assisted the affected population in the disaster situation in a prompt, timely and efficient manner, which significantly increased the number of deaths, injuries and suffering of the victims of the natural disaster.
For the same reason as above, we condemn, crush and brand with fire the puppet government of Delcy Rodríguez and company established by the North American occupier. Miserable traitors who do not represent the Venezuelan nation.
As a result of the war of imperialist aggression, the country is under occupation or control by a foreign power; in this case, by the sole hegemonic imperialist superpower, Yankee imperialism. In application of its so-called “new National Security Strategy (ESN)” and the dominance of the Western Hemisphere (“Donroe Doctrine”).
On January 3, after five months of war against Venezuela, Donald Trump announced that they had captured Nicolás Maduro along with his wife, Cilia Flores, through the military operation "Absolute Resolution", imposing a puppet regime on the country as a "transitional government" under his direct control as part of his three-stage plan - "stabilization, economic recovery, reconciliation and democratic transition" - Puppet government chaired by Daisy Rodríguez and whose main collaborationist authorities are Cabello, Padrino and Jorge Rodríguez among others. Regarding the current status of the country we quote, from an imperialist media itself, the following:
"Since U.S. Special Forces captured Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro in January, a steady stream of U.S. oil officials and executives have visited Caracas. They flew there to do what generations of colonial administrators and businessmen have done before them: govern, in effect, another country. As the Times recently reported, Secretary of State Marco Rubio directs interim President Delcy Rodríguez through text messages and controls her government's access to its own oil revenues. She briefs him about possible appointments, and he tells him which Maduro apparatchiks to purge. Under Rubio's tutelage, Rodríguez opened the nation to American companies According to Donald Trump's government, it is too early to talk about democratic elections; that will have to wait until Venezuela's energy sector is stable and its economy has recovered (…) Venezuela's strange status.
So what exactly is Venezuela now? Is it a sovereign nation? Is it a new territory of the United States government? Is it something in between?
The US takeover of Venezuela reflects the mechanics of the new imperial era, in which it has become increasingly unnecessary, inconvenient, costly and illegal for great powers to declare formal occupations of small states. As the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan demonstrated, “the costs of occupation have risen dramatically,” said Tom Long, a professor of international relations at the University of Warwick. As a result, powerful nations have found ways to establish control over other countries without explicitly claiming them.
This asymmetric relationship has led observers to resort to familiar, if somewhat anachronistic, terms: Venezuela has been described as President Trump's “puppet regime,” as his “colony,” as a U.S. protectorate and a client state. Economist Carlos Mendoza Potellá, former advisor to the Venezuelan central bank, maintains that the country has given up its national sovereignty. “We are no longer a nation,” he said. “We are a territory with some delegated administrators who implement decisions made abroad. We do not denounce the imperialist occupier and its puppet government for not having provided “humanitarian aid”, since there can never be such “aid” from the imperialists for any people.
We denounce them for war crimes, because the Trump-Rubio duo, representing the occupying power, has not fulfilled their obligations of immediate and effective assistance to the people of Venezuela in the wake of the two subsequent devastating earthquakes on June 24 of this year, causing 3,811 deaths and 16,740 injuries. According to US media projections, there is a 44% chance that this figure will grow to 10,000 dead. The failure to comply with the obligations imposed by international law on the United States as an occupying power and its puppet government is the direct cause that the natural catastrophe has become a humanitarian catastrophe of great proportions for the people of Venezuela.
The millions of people directly or indirectly affected, since that date, lack medical care, food and water. From the facts made known by the press itself, the abandonment of the people of Venezuela as a result of the earthquake in the first crucial days is crystal clear, which adds to the already existing conditions of catastrophe to which said country is subjected due to the exploitation and oppression of imperialism and its native lackeys of all governments up to the present, due to the crisis of obsolete bureaucratic capitalism, a situation aggravated by the sanctions imposed by the Yankee government since 2017. We quote from the BBC on 25 June, informative summary, the following:
"The rescuers can't cope. They are pulling people out tooth and nail." "They don't have specialized machinery." "We need help." In La Guaira, rescue teams had not reached many areas of the state and it is full of trapped people who cannot be helped due to lack of resources. Firefighters and paramedics, "their hands are tied." Many of the survivors are arriving at hospitals that do not have the capacity or the basic supplies to care for them. "We are facing a desperate situation and the hospitals in La Guaira are completely overwhelmed," said doctor Franklin Rodríguez in conversation with the BBC. "There is a critical shortage of medicines and medical supplies. Health centers do not have the capacity to care for the enormous volume of people, and many remain trapped under the rubble," he added."
We also denounce that Yankee imperialism is using so-called “humanitarian aid” to justify the looting of the country and its greater military occupation.
The US Southern Command has deployed the amphibious ship USS Fort Lauderdale and the combat ship USS Billings to the port of La Guaira, in addition to helicopters and aircraft “that will support search and rescue operations.” And under the pretext of distributing aid, marines have landed on the beaches of La Guaira, disguising a military landing operation behind a “civic operation.” In addition, 900 Yankee soldiers have been stationed at the Caracas airport, which they maintain under the control of the US Southern Command.

the Northern Command and that he received a phone call from Trump and
Rubio, who reiterated Washington's support for emergency efforts.
U.S. officials are sending the announced $300 million in aid announced through groups such as the Red Cross, religious organizations and the United Nations. This amount of “aid” that the Trump government has announced is only a fraction of the estimated $8 billion it has taken from Venezuela since January 3, 2026.
Faced with this situation that the proletariat and people of Venezuela, the Venezuelan nation, are experiencing, we express our international solidarity and our full confidence and total support for the Maoists of that great country who are living, working and fighting alongside the deep and profound masses to reconstitute their Communist Party as a militarized Marxist-Leninist-Maoist party to raise the national resistance against imperialism and its puppet regime to a people's war to end the imperialist occupation, make the democratic revolution in Venezuela to free itself from the oppression of imperialism, bureaucratic capitalism and semi-feudality.
