Algunas notas sobre la actual situación política

-Recambio de presidente por golpe de estado, crisis en las `alturas`, crisis en la política de la clase dominante-

El Estado peruano es una dictadura burocrática, basada en la alianza de las clases explotadoras: la gran burguesía (que es la que dirige) y los terratenientes (bajo el mando del imperialismo). Esto implica una dictadura, la forma puede ser parlamentaria o militar. En el Perú y América Latina se ha difundido la equivocada idea de llamar dictadura solo a los golpes militares; pero, no es así, también hay dictaduras civiles por elecciones o golpes parlamentarios, etc. Esto es, los recambios de autoridades del viejo Estado peruano tienen lugar por elecciones o por golpes de estado. Lo señalado nos permite ver con claridad el reciente desarrollo de la situación política en el país.

Como informan los medios:

“Dina Boluarte se convirtió en la sexta presidenta del Perú en dejar el poder en menos de 10 años tras ser vacada por el Congreso de la República.

El ataque armado contra el grupo musical Agua Marina en el Círculo Militar de Chorrillos marcó un giro crucial en la crisis política y social que atraviesa Perú. Profundizó la percepción de descomposición social y catalizó la presentación de mociones de vacancia presidencial contra Dina Boluarte. A menos de un año de las elecciones generales de 2026, la mayoría de las bancadas parlamentarias, incluidas antiguas aliadas del Ejecutivo, respaldaron la destitución de la mandataria.

José Jerí asumió, la madrugada de este viernes 10 de octubre, la presidencia de la República del Perú tras la vacancia de Dina Boluarte y en su primer discurso ante el Congreso comunicó el inicio de una etapa de transición orientada a la reconciliación nacional, la restauración de la confianza institucional y la lucha contra la inseguridad ciudadana. El nuevo mandatario subrayó el carácter temporal y excepcional de su mandato y convocó a todas las fuerzas políticas y sociales a construir consensos para afrontar la crisis que vive el país.

Al aprobarse la destitución, y ante la ausencia de vicepresidentes, la presidencia recayó en el que era hace unas horas, titular del Congreso, José Jerí Oré.”

Como todos sabemos, el país está en una nueva coyuntura electoral para recambio de autoridades del viejo Estado peruanos de presidente, vicepresidente y de diputados y senadores (que fue eliminada después del “auto-golpe” de Fujimori (1992) y que se re-introduce con las próximas elecciones de abril de 2026.

El gobierno de la Dina asesina fracasó en las tres tareas reaccionarias de su gobierno y, para el pueblo, ha significado más genocidio, más hambre y miseria, redoblada explotación y miseria y que ha reprimido sangrientamente y perseguido las protestas de las masas y para la nación, oprimida por el imperialismo, nación en formación, ha significado mayor entrega al imperialismo. Gobierno en el cual se ha incrementado la violencia del Estado contra las masas, la violencia de los “señores de la guerra” (grandes terratenientes y gran minería) y del crimen común protegido por las autoridades civiles, militares y policiales.

La Dina genocida se mantenía como presidente hasta ayer, presidiendo un gobierno repudiado por tirios y troyanos, que solo se sostiene por la fuerza de las armas y por el apoyo parlamentario de una exigua mayoría de representantes de los diferentes grupillos electorales reaccionarios, llamados “partidos”, incluidos los oportunistas de “Perú Libre” con Waldemar Cerrón, que repite el plato como vicepresidente, algunas ratas de la LOD del “Bloque Magisterial” , “Bloque Socialista”, “Castillistas” y otros.

Un parlamento, del cual desde el 2021 más de 50 congresistas cambiaron de agrupación política, algunos de ellos hasta más de tres veces. Con 67 de sus 130 integrantes con indagaciones e investigaciones por presuntos delitos contra la administración pública, la fe pública y contra el patrimonio otros, hasta llegar a la violación. Como el que fue su presidente hasta el día de ayer, José Jerí Oré, y que ahora funge como presidente del viejo Estado peruano. Todo lo anterior expresa mayor descomposición, podredumbre, se caen a pedazos.

El hecho principal para explicar este nuevo golpe, es la nueva coyuntura electoral, que tiene lugar en medio de la mayor descomposición del vejo Estado y la vieja sociedad peruana. Situación que atiza la agudización de las contradicciones en el campo reaccionario, mayor colusión y pugna reaccionaria.

A su vez, la movilización y lucha de las masas contra la mayor opresión y explotación del viejo orden se expresa en la creciente protesta popular como expresión de la agudización de las contradicciones masas-feudalidad, pueblo-capitalismo burocrático y nación-imperialismo, que se manifiesta en forma concentrada como contradicción masas gobierno.

Las masas son arena de contienda entre revolución y contrarrevolución. Por eso, la reacción y sus sirvientes revisionistas y oportunistas tratan de montarse en estas luchas para uncir a las masas al carro electoral del viejo Estado peruano. En esto, cada cual busca el beneficio de facción, grupo e individuos tras el mascarón de más de 40 siglas electorales, que dicen llamarse partidos o frentes. Todos al servicio de una u otra de las dos facciones de la gran burguesía al servicio del imperialismo.

En las movilizaciones que se han dado desde julio hasta septiembre se ha visto, por un lado, la tendencia a las masas a movilizarse, cada vez más activas, en creciente protesta popular que marcha a grandes explosiones populares. Y, por el otro, la búsqueda de utilizarlas por reaccionarios, revisionistas y oportunistas.

Recambio de presidente, crisis en las `alturas`, crisis en la política de la clase dominante. El golpe de estado parlamentario encabezado por José Jerí Oré contra Dina Boluarte, cabeza del régimen fascista, genocida y vendepatria inaugurado en abril de 1992, expresa no solo la aguda crisis del viejo y podrido Estado peruano, sino la del propio régimen.

Crisis actual, que comienza con la elección del yanqui Kuczinsky en abril de 2016, que es derrocado por golpe de estado parlamentario en el segundo año de su periodo presidencial, al que siguen otros dos golpes parlamentarios más antes de las elecciones de 2021. Julio de 2021 nuevo gobierno designado en elecciones reaccionarias del rondero, oportunista, contrarrevolucionario Castillo Terrones, que termina en auto-golpe y luego golpe de estado de la asesina Dina Boluarte y, 10 de octubre de 2025 nuevo golpe de estado parlamentario encabezado por el presidente del parlamento José Jerí.

El nuevo golpe de estado parlamentario encabezado por el reraccionario Jeri, es motivado por la necesidad de los partidos reaccionarios, con revisionistas y oportunistas incluidos, de distanciarse del gobierno de la Dina asesina, el gobierno reaccionario más repudiado de la historia del viejo Estado peruano, con el fin de ganar crédito y réditos electorales para las elecciones de abril.

El golpe de estado contra la Dina Boluarte ya estaba en la agenda política reaccionaria y de sus sirvientes revisionistas y oportunistas, estaba en la agenda parlamentaria del chiquero de Bolívar, pero faltaba el día y hora, que tenía que tener un pretexto como “causa justa” y este lo ha propiciado los hechos de crimen común (extorsión y sicariato) ocurrido recientemente contra una banda de músicos que participaba en un concierto en un club militar de la ciudad capital (Lima).

Estas son solo algunas pocas cuestiones que, por el momento, señalamos sobre este nuevo recambio de gobierno por un nuevo golpe de estado parlamentario, que no es una anormalidad o algo raro sino la normalidad en el desenvolvimiento de este régimen fascista, genocida y vendepatria como expresión de la mayor descomposición de la vieja sociedad y el viejo Estado, dictadura de grandes burgueses y terratenientes al servicio del imperialismo. Como señalo un poeta peruano cuando supo de llamado “pronunciamiento de Arequipa” (golpe de estado militar de Odria, de 1948), “el Perú vuelve a la normalidad”.

El nuevo gobierno encabezado por el reaccionario Jerí, cuestionado por delito de violación, es solo cambio de caballos en el régimen fascista, genocida y vendepatria. Por lo tanto; este nuevo gobierno será más hambreador, genocida y vendepatria que el anterior. Buscará adecuar más su gobierno al actual gobierno del imperialismo yanqui, encabezado por el ultrarreaccionario genocida Trump.

En esta situación las masas están en la necesidad cada vez mas acuciante de resistir frente al doble ataque reaccionario, por un lado, de las fuerzas represivas del propio Estado peruano, de las bandas de los “señores de la guerra” de los grandes latifundistas y de la gran minería, más un triple ataque, de la lacra cada vez mayor de las bandas de criminales comunes protegidas por las propias autoridades civiles, militares y policiales de Estado reaccionario.

Por eso, la actual situación política es muy mala para la reacción y es muy buena para la revolución, sirve para avanzar en la tarea de la reorganización general del partido en y para un nuevo salto en la incorporación de las masas a la guerra popular. Para salir del actual recoveco a una guerra popular activa.

Some notes on the current political situation

-Replacement of president due to coup d’état, crisis in the ‘heights’, crisis in the politics of the ruling class-

The Peruvian State is a bureaucratic dictatorship, based on the alliance of the exploiting classes: the big bourgeoisie (which is the one in charge) and the big landlords (under the command of imperialism). This implies a dictatorship; the form can be parliamentary or military. In Peru and Latin America, the mistaken idea of calling only military coups a dictatorship has spread. However, that is not the case, there are also civil dictatorships through elections or parliamentary coups, etc. That means that the changes of authorities of the old Peruvian State take place through elections or coups d’état. What we pointed out allows us to see clearly the recent development of the political situation in the country.

“Dina Boluarte became the sixth president of Peru to leave power in less than 10 years after being vacated by the Congress of the Republic.

The armed attack against the musical group Agua Marina in the Chorrillos Military Circle marked a crucial turn in the political and social crisis that Peru is going through. It deepened the perception of social decomposition and catalyzed the presentation of presidential vacancy motions against Dina Boluarte. Less than a year before the 2026 general elections, the majority of parliamentary groups, including former allies of the Executive, supported the removal of the president.

José Jerí assumed, at dawn this Friday, October 10, the presidency of the Republic of Peru after the vacancy of Dina Boluarte, and in his first speech before Congress he announced the beginning of a transition stage aimed at national reconciliation, the restoration of institutional trust and the struggle against citizen insecurity. The new president stressed the temporary and exceptional nature of his mandate and called on all political and social forces to build consensus to face the crisis that the country is experiencing.

When the impeachment was approved, and in the absence of vice presidents, the presidency fell to the one who was a few hours ago, head of Congress, José Jerí Oré.”

As we all know, the country is in a new electoral situation to replace the authorities of the old Peruvian State: the president, vice president and deputies and senators (which was eliminated after Fujimori’s “self-coup” (1992) and which is being reintroduced with the next elections in April 2026.

The government of the murderous Dina failed in the three reactionary tasks of its government and, for the people, this has meant more genocide, more hunger and misery, redoubled exploitation and misery and it has bloodily repressed and persecuted the protests of the masses. For the nation, oppressed by imperialism —a nation in formation— it has meant greater surrender to imperialism. A government in which the violence of the State against the masses has increased, the violence of the “warlords” (big landlords and large mining companies) and common crime protected by civil, military and police authorities.

The genocidal Dina remained president until yesterday, presiding over a government rejected by Tyrians and Trojans, which is only sustained by the force of arms and by the parliamentary support of a slim majority of representatives from the different reactionary electoral groups, called “Parties”, including the opportunists of “Perú Libre” with Waldemar Cerrón, who repeats the plate as vice president, some rats from the LOD of the “Magisterial Bloc”, “Socialist Bloc”, followers of Castillo, and others.

A parliament, in which since 2021, more than 50 congressmen have changed political groups -some of them more than three times-. With 67 of its 130 members under inquiries and investigations for alleged crimes against public administration, public faith, and against other assets, up to rape. In turn, the mobilization and struggle of the masses against the greatest oppression and exploitation of the old order, are expressed in the growing popular protest, as an expression of the sharpening of the contradictions between the masses and feudality, the people and bureaucratic capitalism, and the nation and imperialism—, which manifests itself in a concentrated form as the contradiction of the masses-government.

The masses are the arena of contention between revolution and counterrevolution. For this reason, the reaction and its revisionist and opportunist servants try to join in these struggles to unite the masses around the elections of the old Peruvian State. In this context, each person seeks benefits from factions, groups and individuals, behind the figurehead of more than 40 electoral acronyms, which claim to be called Parties or fronts. All are at the service of one or the other of the two factions of the big bourgeoisie at the service of imperialism.

In the mobilizations that have taken place from July to September, we have seen, on the one hand, the tendency for the masses to mobilize, increasingly actively, in growing popular protests that develop into great popular explosions. On the other hand, there is a search to use them by reactionaries, revisionists and opportunists.

These are just a few questions that, we point out for the moment about this new change of government due to a new parliamentary coup d’état, which is not uncommon or something strange, but rather the normality in the development of this fascist, genocidal and country-selling regime as an expression of the greatest decomposition of the old society and the old State, a dictatorship of big bourgeoisie and big landlords at the service of imperialism. As a Peruvian poet pointed out when he learned of the so-called “Arequipa pronouncement” (Odria’s military coup d’état, 1948), “Peru returns to normalcy.”

The new government headed by the reactionary Jerí, questioned for the crime of rape, is just a change of horses in the fascist, genocidal and country-selling regime. Therefore, this new government will bring more hunger and will be more genocidal and country-selling than the previous one. He will seek to bring his government more in line with the current government of Yankee imperialism, led by the genocidal ultra-reactionary Trump.

In this situation, the masses are in an increasingly pressing need to resist the double reactionary attack, on the one hand, from the repressive forces of the Peruvian State itself, from the gangs of the “warlords” of the big landlords and large mining companies, plus a triple attack, from the ever-growing scourge of the gangs of common criminals protected by the civil, military and police authorities of the reactionary State.

For this reason, the current political situation is very bad for the reaction and is very good for the revolution, it serves to advance the task of the general reorganization of the Party in and for a new leap in the incorporation of the masses into the People’s War. Israel y Hamás llegaron a un acuerdo de paz el jueves 9 de octubre. Después de tres días de intensas negociaciones en el centro turístico egipcio de Sharm El-Sheikh en el Mar Rojo, Israel y el movimiento de resistencia palestino Hamás llegaron a un acuerdo sobre la primera fase de un plan presentado porlos Estados Unidos para poner fin a la guerra genocida de dos años contra la Franja de Gaza.

Los imperialistas de todo el mundo están muy interesados ​​en el desarrollo. El acuerdo de paz nace en Washington y es presentado por el ultrarreaccionario representante del imperialismo estadounidense, Trump. A partir de estos acontecimientos, es importante analizar la situación punto por punto, aclarar las distintas fuerzas que actúan y los diferentes intereses presentados.

Hace dos años del diluvio de al-aqsa

Es importante señalar que han pasado dos años desde el diluvio de Al-Aqsa, la operación militar realizada por la resistencia armada palestina que abrió los muros hacia Israel. El 7 de octubre de 2023, día en que el pueblo palestino tomó la decisión histórica de romper los muros de la prisión al aire libre más grande del mundo, causar el mayor daño al Estado sionista de Israel en muchas décadas e incluso logró tomar al menos un centenar de prisioneros de guerra para cambiar la situación negociadora. Militantes de diversos sectores de la resistencia nacional como Hamas (que constituía el liderazgo), Jihad Islámica, FPLP, FDLP, Lionsen y Hezbollah, entraron en Israel, tanto por tierra como por mar y por el espacio aéreo, llevaron a cabo un ataque bien coordinado y pudieron disparar misiles como el conocido sistema "Iron Domme" no podía. Fue una ofensiva táctica en el marco de una guerra justa contra el intruso en conexión con una defensiva estratégica contra un enemigo que tiene recursos militares superiores.

La acción se llevó a cabo en una zona altamente militarizada ocupada por fuerzas militares y colonos israelíes, que tienen una doble función: además de ocupar el territorio, defender la política expansionista y fascista -en definitiva, defender el enclave imperialista en esta región estratégica de Medio Oriente-.

La guerra de resistencia nacional que está librando el pueblo palestino toma forma como una guerra de guerrillas en una defensiva estratégica, donde la resistencia supera los obstáculos en un entorno urbano, por ejemplo a través de la guerra de túneles, pero sobre todo a través de la incorporación y el apoyo de las masas. Es gracias al apoyo de las masas que las fuerzas genocidas israelíes durante más de un año de guerra ni siquiera han logrado encontrar a los prisioneros de guerra que fueron capturados el 7 de octubre de 2023.

Con la guerra de guerrillas y la guerra de túneles es que Hamas y el Movimiento de Resistencia Palestina han respondido al genocidio del ejército de ocupación israelí. Al igual que en la resistencia china al imperialismo japonés, o en Vietnam contra los franceses y los estadounidenses, o recientemente en Afganistán contra los estadounidenses, los británicos y otros imperialistas, o en Mali contra los franceses, los planes militares desarrollados por los comandantes y soldados palestinos han sido un componente clave en la guerra nacional.

Las acciones del 7 de octubre desencadenaron una gran ofensiva israelí y una operación de genocidio; Desde tierra, mar y aire se han lanzado toneladas de explosivos sobre Gaza, y cientos de vehículos blindados de artillería y miles de soldados se mueven en medio de esta operación militar de extinción. Esta guerra es una de las más brutales y sangrientas de la historia. Israel y el plan sionista-estadounidense "Nuevo Medio Oriente"

Israel no es más que un protector de los imperialistas, creado por Gran Bretaña y más tarde por el imperialismo estadounidense. Para evitar que notifique lo obvio y suene como un LP rayado, dejamos que el ex representante del imperialismo estadounidense resuma su papel.

La existencia de Israel es una negación de la nación palestina. Es completamente contradictorio con la pobbbbbbbación de la región y actúa sólo como verdugo en la región. Ayuda al plan estadounidense de redistribución de las colonias y semicolonias de la región. A este plan lo llaman el "Nuevo Medio Oriente". Israel ha hecho el trabajo sucio del imperialismo estadounidense en innumerables ocasiones. Como en las guerras entre Irán-Irak, en Siria, Irak, Egipto, Yemen y contra Irán. Hoy, cuando el imperialismo estadounidense prepara una escalada en la guerra contra Irán, su bastión perdido en la región que desea recuperar, Israel es un engranaje importante.

Estados Unidos ha enviado actualmente su grupo de ataque USS Gerald Ford al Mediterráneo, mientras que otros recursos militares han sido colocados en una posición que apunta a un nuevo ataque contra Irán. Es obvio que esta llamada "propuesta de paz" es parte de una estrategia regional más amplia en la que es importante ganarse a las otras fuerzas de la región para crear armonía en sus esferas de interés para no distraerse en la próxima batalla. Este ha sido el caso antes, cuando rondas anteriores de negociaciones en Gaza allanaron el camino para una extensión de las operaciones militares israelíes-estadounidenses en varios frentes de la región. Ahora que los aliados de Irán en la región y el Estado iraní están debilitados, la ocasión es mejor que nunca para una escalada. Este no es nuestro análisis. Esto viene de sus propias bocas y de los sionistas.

Aquí es importante comprender las contradicciones políticas dentro de Israel. Hay un gran interés en continuar la lucha contra un enemigo externo para seguir teniendo inversiones extranjeras, mantener en pie el complejo militar-industrial (capitalismo monopolista de Estado, nota de traducción) y que Netanyahu preserve su posición antes de que surjan juicios contra él mismo. Entiendan bien, esto está en la naturaleza de Israel.

También es importante comprender las contradicciones internas de Estados Unidos. Ha surgido una grieta en el Partido Republicano por la posición del partido y su relación con Israel. Especialmente entre sus bases, el descontento ha aumentado enormemente. Varios líderes populistas aceptaron las críticas a Israel, pero las convirtieron en una tesis antisemita de que "Israel controla a Estados Unidos". Es interesante investigar cómo esto pudo haber afectado las acciones del partido.

Imperialistas en colusión y pugna

En el "Plan de Paz" de Trump dice:

"9. Gaza será administrada por un comité tecnocrático bajo la supervisión de un" comité de paz "internacional con el propio Trump como presidente y con el ex primer ministro británico Tony Blair como miembro. Una autoridad palestina renovada tomará más tarde el control. (…)

17. A medida que avance la reconstrucción y se implementen las reformas dentro de la Autoridad Palestina, se abrirá la posibilidad de la autodeterminación y la creación de un Estado palestino. "

Para comprender lo que acaba de suceder y por qué tantas naciones han apoyado la propuesta presentada por el presidente estadounidense y su homólogo israelí, es necesario mirar el documento llamado "Declaración de Nueva York".

Los imperialistas en el mundo tienen intereses diferentes. Aunque su naturaleza es la misma -que todos quieren explotar a los pueblos de las naciones oprimidas- el conflicto entre los imperialistas es absoluto. Sólo pueden conspirar cuando sea oportuno, pero la lucha por el dominio es un juego de suma cero. Aquí es importante enfatizar la contradicción interimperial entre los imperialistas de la UE y la superpotencia Estados Unidos.

El 12 de septiembre, la Asamblea General de la ONU votó por unanimidad para adoptar la declaración, que en los medios de comunicación a menudo se describió como una simple votación sobre un Estado palestino. Sin embargo, los miembros han votado unánimemente a favor de la llamada solución de dos Estados durante unas tres décadas.

La verdadera noticia aquí fue el contenido de la Declaración de Nueva York. En julio, Francia y Arabia Saudita decidieron liderar conjuntamente una conferencia de la ONU para reanudar las negociaciones sobre una solución de dos Estados. Unos días antes, París había anunciado su intención de reconocer a Palestina en la Asamblea General de la ONU en septiembre, una promesa que también cumplirían Australia, Gran Bretaña, Canadá y varios otros países. El 4 de agosto, la Asamblea General de la ONU preparó un documento que describía el resultado de la iniciativa franco-saudí.

A los efectos de este artículo, basta decir que las diversas partes de la Declaración de Nueva York que parecen potencialmente problemáticas son exactamente las mismas que Donald Trump y Benjamin Netanyahu presentaron en su plan. Ambas propuestas exigen que Hamás entregue a todos los prisioneros israelíes y se desarme, que se inserte una fuerza militar extranjera en Gaza y que se dé claramente prioridad a la llamada "seguridad" de Israel contra la soberanía palestina.

Al final, la diferencia más importante entre el llamado "plan de paz" de Trump y la declaración de Nueva York se ha desdibujado cuando el plan estadounidense-israelí ha retirado la posición anterior de que no se permitiría ningún Estado palestino, por pequeño que fuera. La propuesta adoptada, por otro lado, aspira a que Palestina se convierta en un Estado sin democracia alguna, y también aclara que el Estado palestino que reconocen será el único país del mundo que no tiene ejército.

Un análisis de las similitudes entre los dos planes permite comprender mejor por qué países como Francia y Arabia Saudita, que acaban de impulsar un plan completamente separado, ahora están totalmente de acuerdo y apoyan la nueva propuesta de alto el fuego en Gaza. Parece que este es un proceso donde se presentan ofertas y contraofertas, pero todo como parte de un proceso destinado a cerca5r al pueblo palestino y su lucha por la liberación nacional.

El factor decisivo es ver cómo las diversas propuestas de los imperialistas no son más o menos reaccionarias: todas ellas sirven al objetivo de someter a la nación palestina y apoyar al aparato genocida sionista de Israel. Los estados que reconocieron a Palestina sólo han reconocido a la Autoridad Palestina (PM). El primer ministro es un representante político de la burguesía compradora palestina cuyo interés es vender al pueblo palestino al mejor precio posible. Está completamente subordinado al imperialismo y a Israel, quien dicta su existencia. Su "presupuesto estatal" es administrado por los imperialistas, especialmente el imperialismo noruego, y sus fuerzas armadas son un secuaz de las fuerzas armadas del Estado israelí.

En repetidas ocasiones se ha puesto del lado de los sionistas contra la resistencia del pueblo palestino. Durante los últimos dos años de la guerra, ha participado en arrestos de opositores palestinos y apoyado proyectos de asentamientos israelíes. Esto no es nada nuevo. Durante la segunda intifada, el Primer Ministro arrestó a sesenta miembros del FPLP y entregó a su Secretario General Ahmad Sadaat a Israel (que ahora puede ser relevante para ser liberado). Comprenda cómo el poder político surge del fusil. La existencia del PM es condicional y, sin sus propias fuerzas armadas, sigue la pipa del otro. Su carácter no se basa en los intereses del pueblo palestino sino de dónde proviene el dinero. Se parece al de Judenrate (Consejo Judío) en el gheto de Varsovia.

La existencia del primer ministro de la Autoridad Palestina y su posible papel en la gobernanza de Gaza no contradice los intereses de Israel ni los del imperialismo estadounidense. Fue por orden del gobierno imperialista estadounidense de Bill Clinton a mediados de los años 1990 que se firmó el Acuerdo de Oslo entre Israel y la OLP, que cayó las armas y siguió el camino burocrático.

La limitación de la burguesía nativa

La primera fase del acuerdo cubre un alto el fuego -cuya fecha de implementación aún no ha sido establecida oficialmente- y la liberación de todos los prisioneros israelíes vivos en Gaza antes del lunes.

Como parte del acuerdo de alto el fuego y de la cuenca en Gaza, 250 prisioneros palestinos condenados a cadena perpetua serán liberados, así como alrededor de 1.700 habitantes de Gaza arrestados después del 7 de octubre de 2023. Estos palestinos de Gaza no están encarcelados en prisiones oficiales israelíes, sino en prisioneros donde están expuestos a torturas y agravios. El número de palestinos arrestados en Gaza durante el Se desconoce el número de los últimos dos años, pero se estima en un total de unos 15.000.

Según la agencia de noticias palestina WAFA News, la información actual sobre los grupos penitenciarios palestinos confirma que más de 11.100 palestinos están actualmente encarcelados en el sistema penitenciario israelí, incluidos 400 niños. Casi todos ellos proceden de la ocupada Cisjordania. Según la Sociedad de Prisioneros Palestinos, Israel también ha arrestado a unos 20.000 palestinos de Cisjordania desde el 7 de octubre de 2023, entre estudiantes, académicos, periodistas y profesionales de la salud.

El acuerdo de paz también exige el desarme de la resistencia palestina. Entonces hay un problema aquí. Hamás quiere iniciar un diálogo y la administración Trump en Estados Unidos ha expresado su apertura al diálogo. Pero el gobierno israelí habla como si Hamás sólo empezara a liberar a todos los prisioneros y aceptara el desarme inmediato. Ambas cosas no pueden ser ciertas.

En una declaración conjunta de las distintas fracciones de la resistencia palestina, publicada días antes de la adopción del acuerdo de paz, las distintas facciones (incluido Hamás) expresaron su posición unida y explicaron: "La elección de la resistencia en todas sus formas seguirá siendo la única manera de enfrentar al enemigo sionista y su ocupación". Afirmaron que las armas palestinas "se heredarán de generación en generación hasta que se alcance la liberación del país y de los lugares sagrados, y hasta que nuestro pueblo haya conquistado la libertad y sus derechos legítimos, independientemente del sacrificio que ello requiera".

Los grupos elogiaron a los guerreros de Gaza por preservar sus armas y su unidad "a pesar de la destrucción y el aislamiento incomparables" y explicaron que "estas armas simbolizan la dignidad y la determinación de un pueblo que se niega a rendirse".

Esto muestra que aunque varias fracciones dentro de Hamás aceptarían desarmar la resistencia, habría una enorme resistencia por parte del pueblo palestino a deponer las armas. Esto significaría que el desarme fracasaría. En caso de que no se pueda desarmar a Hamás, ¿Estados Unidos e Israel forzarán esto por la fuerza? Esto significaría una continuación de la guerra.

En cuanto a la cuestión de la liberación inmediata de los prisioneros de guerra, esto también supone un ultimátum para la resistencia. Liberar a los prisioneros de guerra significaría que Hamás perdería sus cartas de negociación porque eso es lo que se gana en el campo de batalla que se trata en la mesa de negociaciones. Especialmente cuando ni siquiera un tercio de los prisioneros de guerra palestinos serían liberados.

Por tanto, este acuerdo podrá realizarse de dos maneras: ya sea mediante negociaciones o porque Israel exige la liberación inmediata de sus prisioneros. Esto último no es una suposición razonable, ya que Hamás perdería todas sus cartas de negociación; Por lo tanto, sólo procederá en el caso de negociaciones. Al final, las negociaciones pueden llevar a que Hamás capitule ante las exigencias israelíes.

Esto no es del todo sorprendente. Aunque Hamás lideró una honorable guerra de resistencia armada contra Israel y cosechó muchas víctimas de la causa popular, su papel está limitado por su carácter de clase. Hoy, en la nueva era, en la época de las revoluciones proletarias, la burguesía no puede llevar las revoluciones democráticas a la victoria. Por tanto, debe ser dirigido por el proletariado.

¿Por qué? Porque el interés de la burguesía es el beneficio. Hoy, durante la superior y última tapa del capitalismo, el imperialismo, el mundo está dividido entre diferentes monopolios imperialistas que dominan la vida económica a nivel mundial. Este enorme capital financiero destruye la vida económica local y obliga a los ciudadanos nacionales a someterse en las naciones oprimidas. En ausencia de capital interno y de acceso al mercado imperialista, la burguesía de las naciones oprimidas se somete a la gran burguesía imperialista. Por lo tanto, la gran burguesía nativa, la compracera o los burocráticos no pueden llevar una revolución democrática a la victoria; su lucha sólo conduce a la sumisión y el agotamiento nacional.

La lección que Marx aprendió de la Comuna de París fue la necesidad de un partido comunista. Lenin nos enseña que las fuerzas subjetivas son cruciales en las batallas revolucionarias. Mao nos enseña que la revolución democrática sólo puede implementarse bajo la dirección proletaria bajo el imperialismo. El presidente Gonzalo lo expresó:

"¿Y la Reconstitución, y por qué subrayamos Partido Comunista del Perú?: porque debe quedar bien en claro que el Partido existe: y lo prueba porque ha abierto en la realidad, con las armas en la mano, con una pujante guerra popular, el verdadero y real camino de la revolución democrática para conquistar el Poder. Aquí se está demostrando eso, lo que el Presidente dice cuando analiza la experiencia de Rusia, de la vieja Rusia, del Partido bolchevique y la experiencia de China, del P.C.Ch., confrontándola con India; él dice: “por qué es que en la vieja Rusia zarista hubo revolución?: porque hubo Partido; ¿por qué hubo en China?: porque hubo Partido; ¿por qué no hay en la India habiendo similares condiciones que en China?: porque no hay Partido”. Además, es de tremenda importancia no caer a la cola del movimiento espontáneo ni de la burguesía. Sólo mediante la reconstitución del Partido Comunista Palestino y el inicio de una guerra popular el Estado israelí podrá ser barrido por una revolución democrática que se transforme inmediatamente en una revolución socialista después de la toma del Poder en todo el país. El Partido Comunista son los mejores hijos e hijas del pueblo, sus elementos más conscientes, cuyos intereses no pueden distinguirse de los del proletariado y posee las mejores cualidades y elementos de la clase más poderosa de la historia. Los comunistas de todo el mundo deben seguir levantando la bandera del pueblo palestino, como símbolo de la lucha contra el imperialismo y como símbolo contra los traidores en el porro. Deben desenmascarar a todas las fuerzas que apoyan a la Autoridad Palestina y a todas las fuerzas que abogan por una entrega de las armas del pueblo. ¡Pero esto no es suficiente! También debe izarse la bandera del Partido Comunista, la roja, enrojecida por la sangre derramada del pueblo, con el martillo y la hoz, como símbolo de la necesidad del Partido Comunista, como lucha contra el imperialismo y como faro en la oscuridad que difunde la luz del siempre brillante comunismo. Sólo así podrán unir a todas las clases que componen el pueblo de la nación palestina en la lucha contra el ocupante.

¿Qué vendrá después?

Sí, esa es la pregunta que está en boca de todos. La resistencia inevitablemente continuará. Es una ley histórica que las masas sigan empuñando las armas cuando están oprimidas por un enemigo tan malvado como el ocupante sionista y el imperialismo. Aunque parte de la resistencia traiciona, el pueblo permanece. Los imperialistas intentarán mentir sobre una paz que no existe mientras la guerra continúa en otros frentes. Ver escalada hacia Irán. Pero, en la realidad no es posible.


También será emocionante ver cómo se desarrolla el movimiento de solidaridad con Palestina en Europa después del "acuerdo de paz". Ciertamente, partes del movimiento se conformarán con que la bandera palestina vuelva al armario. Esto no es de extrañar, ya que los imperialistas utilizarán todos sus medios para abogar por una "paz eterna". Ésta es la limitación de todos los movimientos espontáneos. Pero esto será sólo temporal. Cuando las llamas de la batalla se inflamen nuevamente, las calles se llenarán nuevamente.

Israel och Hamas har slutit upp kring ett fredsavtal under förmiddagen torsdagen den 9 oktober. Efter tre dagars intensiva förhandlingar i den egyptiska semesterorten Sharm el-Sheikh vid Röda havet har Israel och den palestinska motståndsrörelsen Hamas nått en överenskommelse om den första fasen i en plan som förmedlats av USA för att avsluta det två år långa folkmordskriget mot Gazaremsan.

Imperialisterna världen över är väldigt investerade i utvecklingen. Fredsavtalet är fött i Washington och presenterat av USA-imperialismens ultrareaktionära representant Trump. Ett möte i Paris under torsdagen samlade toppdiplomater från fem viktiga arabstater – Egypten, Jordanien, Saudiarabien, Qatar och Förenade Arabemiraten – med europeiska motsvarigheter från Frankrike, Italien, Tyskland, Spanien och Storbritannien. Turkiet och Europeiska unionen var också representerade. Kina säger att man hoppas på ett ”permanent och omfattande” eldupphör i Gazaremsan och välkomnar avtalsbeskedet.

Men trots de båda parternas godkännande fortsätter striderna. Under samma dag har attackerna mot Gaza stad fortskridit. Hamas talesperson Hazem Qassem har meddelat att Israel har börjat ”manipulera datum, listor och vissa av de procedurer och åtgärder som överenskommits i vapenvapenavtalet”. Två år sedan Al-Aqsa Flodvågen

Den 7 oktober 2023 var den dag då det palestinska folket tog det historiska beslutet att bryta sig ut ur murarna på världens största utomhusfängelse, göra den största skadan mot den sionistiska staten Israel på många årtionden och lyckades till och med att ta minst hundra krigsfångar för att ändra förhandlingsläget. Militanter från olika delar av det nationella motståndet såsom Hamas (som utgjorde ledningen), Islamisk Jihad, PFLP, DFLP, Lions’Den och Hizbollah, tog sig in i Israel, både via mark, hav och luftrummet, genomförde en välkoordinerad attack och kunde avfyra missiler som det välkända ”Iron Dome” system inte kunde avvärja. Det var en taktisk offensiv inom ramen för en rättvis krigföring mot inkräktaren i samband med en strategisk defensiv mot en fiende som har överlägsna militära resurser.

Aktionen genomfördes i ett högt militariserat område ockuperat av israeliska militärstyrkor och bosättare, som har en dubbel funktion: förutom att ockupera territoriet, försvara den expansionistiska och fascistiska politiken – kort sagt, försvara den imperialistiska enklaven i denna strategiska region i Mellanöstern.

Det nationella motståndskrig som det palestinska folket utkämpar tar form som ett gerillakrig i en strategisk defensiv, där motståndet överkommer hinder i en urban miljö, exempelvis genom tunnelkrigföring, men framförallt genom införlivandet och stödet från massorna. Det är genom massornas stöd som de israeliska folkmordsstyrkorna under mer än ett års krig inte ens har lyckats hitta de krigsfångar som tillfångatogs den 7 oktober 2023.

Gerillakriget och tunnelkriget som Hamas och den palestinska motståndsrörelsen bedriver har tillfogat den folkmordsbenägna israeliska ockupationsarmén svidande slag. Precis som i det kinesiska motståndet mot den japanska imperialismen, eller i Vietnam mot fransmännen och amerikanerna, eller nyligen i Afghanistan mot amerikanerna, britterna och andra imperialister, eller i Mali mot fransmännen, har de militära planerna som utvecklats av palestinska befälhavare och soldater varit en nyckelkomponent i den nationella krigföringen mot den folkmordsbenägna sionistiska staten Israel.

Aktionerna den 7 oktober utlöste en stor israelisk offensiv och folkmordsoperation; från land, hav och luft har tonvis av sprängämnen släppts över Gaza, och hundratals pansrade artillerifordon och tusentals soldater rör sig mitt i denna militära utrotningsoperation. Detta krig är ett av de mest brutala och blodiga krig i historien. Enligt Gazas regerings presskontor har ockupationsmakten släppt mer än 200 000 ton sprängämnen över Gaza under två års tid, vilket har förstört nästan 90 % av infrastrukturen i Gazaremsan och tvingat mer än två miljoner civila på flykt. 200 000 ton sprängämnen är mer än 20 gånger vad USA-imperialismen släppte under Vietnamkriget.

Trots denna oöverträffade förödelse har Israel inte lyckades uppnå sina huvudsakliga mål, bland vilka de viktigaste var att eliminera motståndet och rädda sina gisslan med våld.

Israel och den amerikansk-sionistiska planen ”Nya Mellanöstern”

Israel är inget annat än ett protektorat för imperialisterna, skapad av Storbritannien och senare av USA-imperialismen. För att undvika att konstatera det självklara och låta som en repig LP-skiva låter vi den tidigare representanten för USA-imperialismen sammanfatta dess roll.

Israels existens är en negation av den palestinska nationen. Den står helt i motsättning till folken i regionen och agerar endast som en bödel i regionen. Den bistår den amerikanska planen för omfördelning av kolonierna och halvkolonierna i regionen. Denna plan kallar de för det ”Nya Mellanöstern”. Israel har gjort USA-imperialismens smutsiga jobb oräkneliga gånger. Såsom i krigen mellan Iran-Irak, i Syrien, Irak, Egypten, Jemen och mot Iran. Idag, när USA-imperialismen förbereder en eskalering i kriget mot Iran, dess förlorade bastion i regionen som den önskar få tillbaka är Israel en viktig kugge.

Så har det varit tidigare, när tidigare omgångar av förhandlingar i Gaza banat väg för en utvidgning av israelisk-amerikanska militära operationer på olika fronter i regionen. Nu när Irans allierade i regionen och den Iranska staten är försvagade är tillfället bättre än någonsin för en eskalering. Detta är inte vår analys. Detta kommer från jänkarnas och sionisterna egna munnar.

Här är det viktigt att förstå de politiska motsättningarna inom Israel. Det finns ett stort intresse att fortsätta kampen mot en extern fiende för att fortsätta få utländska investeringar, hålla det militärindustriella komplexet igång och för Netanyahu att bevara sin ställning inför uppkommande rättegångar mot honom själv. Förstå väl, detta ligger i Israels natur.

Det är även viktigt att förstå de interna motsättningarna i USA. En spricka i det republikanska partiet har uppstått över partiets ställning och relation till Israel. Framförallt bland dess bas har missnöjet växt stort. Flera populistiska ledare har anammat kritiken mot Israel men förvandlat den till en antisemitisk tes att ”Israel kontrollerar USA”. Det är intressant att undersöka hur detta kan ha påverkat partiets agerande.

Imperialisterna i sammansvärjning och tvist

I Trumps ”fredsplan” står det:

”9. Gaza kommer att administreras av en teknokratisk kommitté under överinseende av en internationell ”fredskommitté” med Trump själv som ordförande och med den tidigare brittiske premiärministern Tony Blair som medlem. En renoverad palestinsk myndighet kommer senare att ta kontrollen. (…)

17. Allteftersom återuppbyggnaden fortskrider och reformerna genomförs inom den palestinska myndigheten kommer möjligheten till självbestämmande och skapandet av en palestinsk stat att öppnas.”

För att förstå vad som just har hänt och varför så många nationer har ställt sig bakom det förslag som lagts fram av USA:s president och hans israeliska motsvarighet, är det nödvändigt att titta på det dokument som kallas ”New York-deklarationen”.

Imperialisterna i världen har olika intressen. Även om dess natur är densamma – att de alla vill exploatera folken i de förtryckta nationerna – är konflikten imperialisterna emellan konstant. De kan endast enas i sammansvärjningar när det är opportunt men kampen om dominans är ett nollsummespel. Här är det viktigt att framhäva den inter-imperialistiska motsättningen mellan imperialisterna i EU och supermakten USA.

Den 12 september röstade FN:s generalförsamling (UNGA) enhälligt för att anta deklarationen, som i media ofta beskrevs som en enkel omröstning om en palestinsk stat. UNGA har dock i ungefär tre decennier enhälligt röstat igenom den så kallade tvåstatslösningen.

Den verkliga nyheten här var innehållet i New York-deklarationen. I juli beslutade Frankrike och Saudiarabien att gemensamt leda en FN-konferens om att återuppta förhandlingarna om en tvåstatslösning. Några dagar tidigare hade Paris meddelat sin avsikt att erkänna Palestina vid FN:s generalförsamling i september, ett löfte som även Australien, Storbritannien, Kanada och ett antal andra länder skulle ge. Den 4 augusti utarbetades ett dokument av FN:s generalförsamling som redogjorde för resultatet av det fransk-saudiska initiativet.

För denna artikels syfte räcker det att säga att de olika delar av New York-deklarationen som framstår som potentiellt problematiska är exakt desamma som de som Donald Trump och Benjamin Netanyahu redogjorde för i sin plan. Båda förslagen kräver att Hamas överlämnar alla israeliska fångar och avväpnar sig, att en utländsk militärstyrka sätts in i Gaza och att Israels så kallade ”säkerhet” tydligt prioriteras framför palestinsk suveränitet.

I slutändan har den viktigaste skillnaden mellan Trumps så kallade ”fredsplan” och New York-deklarationen suddats ut då den amerikansk-israeliska planen dragit tillbaka den tidigare positionen att ingen palestinsk stat, hur liten den än må vara, skulle tillåtas. Det antagna förslaget strävar däremot efter att Palestina ska bli en stat utan någon som helst demokrati, och klargör också att den palestinska stat som de erkänner kommer att vara det enda landet på jorden som inte har någon militär.

En analys av likheterna mellan de båda planerna gör det lättare att förstå varför länder som Frankrike och Saudiarabien, som just har drivit igenom en helt separat plan, nu är helt med på tåget och stöder det nya förslaget om vapenvila i Gaza. Det verkar som om detta är en process där erbjudanden och moterbjudanden läggs fram, men allt som en del av en process som syftar till att omringa det palestinska folket och deras kamp för nationell befrielse.

Det avgörande är att se hur de olika imperialisternas förslag inte är mer eller mindre reaktionära – de tjänar alla målet att underkuva den palestinska nationen och att stödja den sionistiska folkmordsapparaten Israel. De stater som erkänt Palestina har endast erkänt den Palestinska myndigheten (PM). PM är en politisk representant för den palestinska kompradorbourgeoisien vars intresse är att sälja ut det palestinska folket för bästa möjliga pris. Den är helt och hållet underställd imperialismen och Israel som dikterar dess existens. Dess ”statsbudget” förvaltas av imperialisterna, framförallt den norska imperialismen, och dess väpnade styrkor är en hantlangare åt den israeliska statens väpnade styrkor.

Den har gång på gång ställt sig på sionisternas sida mot det palestinska folkets motstånd. Under de senaste två åren av kriget har den deltagit i arresteringar av palestinska motståndsmän och understött israeliska bosättningsprojekt. Detta är inget nytt. Under den Andra intifadan arresterade PM sextio PFLP-medlemmar och lämnade över dess generalsekreterare Ahmad Sadaat till Israel (som nu kan bli aktuell att släppas fri). Förstå hur politisk makt växer ur gevärspipan. PM:s existens är villkorad och utan egna väpnade styrkor följer den andras pipa. Dess karaktär utgår inte från det palestinska folkets intressen utan från var pengarna kommer. Likna den med Judenrate i Warszawaghettot.

PM:s existens, och dess möjliga roll i styrningen av Gaza, motstrider inte mot Israels intressen eller mot USA-imperialismens. Det var på order av den imperialistiska amerikanska regeringen under Bill Clinton i mitten av 1990-talet som Osloavtalet undertecknades mellan PLO, som lade ner vapen och följde den byråkratiska vägen, och Israel.

Den nationella bourgeoisiens begränsning

Den första fasen av avtalet omfattar ett eldupphör – vars genomförandedatum ännu inte har fastställts officiellt – och frigivningen av alla levande israeliska fångar i Gaza senast på måndag.

Som en del av avtalet om vapenvila och fångutbyte i Gaza kommer 250 palestinska fångar som dömts till livstids fängelse att friges, liksom cirka 1 700 invånare i Gaza som gripits efter den 7 oktober 2023. Dessa palestinier från Gaza hålls inte fängslade i officiella israeliska fängelser, utan i fängelser där de utsätts för tortyr och sexuellt våld dygnet runt av soldater. Antalet palestinier som gripits i Gaza under de senaste två åren är okänt, men uppskattas till totalt cirka 15 000.

Enligt den palestinska nyhetsbyrån Wafa News bekräftar aktuella uppgifter om palestinska fånggrupper att över 11 100 palestinier för närvarande hålls fängslade i det israeliska fängelsesystemet, däribland 400 barn. Nästan alla dessa kommer från den ockuperade Västbanken. Enligt Palestinian Prisoners Society har Israel dessutom arresterat omkring 20 000 palestinier från Västbanken sedan den 7 oktober 2023, däribland studenter, akademiker, journalister och sjukvårdspersonal.

I fredsavtalet ställs det även krav på det palestinska motståndets avväpning. Här ligger alltså ett problem. Hamas vill inleda en dialog och Trumps administration i USA har uttryckt sin öppenhet för att diskutera. Men den israeliska regeringen talar som om Hamas bara kommer att börja frige alla fångar och gå med på omedelbar avväpning. Båda dessa saker kan inte vara sanna.

I ett gemensamt uttalande från det palestinska motståndets olika fraktioner, publicerat dagar innan fredsavtalet antogs, fastslog de olika fraktionerna (Hamas inräknat) dess enade ståndpunkt och förklarade: ”Valet av motstånd i alla dess former kommer att förbli den enda vägen för att möta den sionistiska fienden och dess ockupation.” De hävdade att de palestinska vapnen ”kommer att ärvas från generation till generation tills befrielsen av landet och de heliga platserna är uppnådd, och tills vårt folk har erövrat friheten och sina legitima rättigheter, oavsett vilka uppoffringar det kräver”.

Grupperna berömde Gazas krigare för att de bevarat sina vapen och sin enighet ”trots den oöverträffade förstörelsen och isoleringen” och förklarade att ”dessa vapen symboliserar värdigheten och beslutsamheten hos ett folk som vägrar att ge upp”.

Detta visar att även om olika fraktioner inom Hamas skulle gå med på att avväpna motståndet skulle det finnas ett oerhört motstånd från det palestinska folket mot att släppa taget om vapnen. Detta skulle innebära att avväpning skulle misslyckas. I tillfälle av ett misslyckande att avväpna Hamas kommer då USA och Israel tvinga fram detta med våld? Detta skulle betyda en fortsättning av kriget.

När det gäller frågan om den omedelbara frigivning av krigsfångarna ställer även detta ett ultimatum för motståndet. Att släppa krigsfångarna skulle innebära att Hamas skulle förlora sina förhandlingskort eftersom det är vad som är vunnet på slagfältet som avhandlas vid förhandlingsbordet. Särskilt när inte ens en tredjedel av de palestinska krigsfångarna skulle släppas.

Därför kommer detta avtal att kunna gå på två sätt: antingen genom förhandlingar eller genom att Israel kräver omedelbar frigivning av sina fångar. Det senare är inte ett rimlig antagande, eftersom Hamas då skulle förlora alla sina förhandlingskort; därför kommer det bara att gå vidare i fallet med förhandlingar. I slutändan kan förhandlingarna leda till att Hamas kapitulerar inför de israeliska kraven.

Detta är inte helt förvånande. Även om Hamas lett ett ärofyllt väpnat motståndskrig mot Israel och skördat många offer för folkets sak är dess roll begränsad av dess klasskaraktär. Idag, i den nya epoken, i de proletära revolutionernas epok, kan inte bourgeoisien leda de demokratiska revolutionerna till seger. Därav måste den ledas av proletariatet.

Varför? För att bourgeoisiens intresse är profiten. Idag, under kapitalismens högsta stadium, imperialismen, är världen uppdelad mellan olika imperialistiska monopol som dominerar det ekonomiska livet världen över. Detta enorma finanskapital slår ut det lokala ekonomiska livet och tvingar de inhemska borgarna till underkastelse i de förtryckta nationerna. I brist på inhemskt kapital och för tillgång till den imperialistiska marknaden underkastar sig bourgeoisien i de förtryckta nationerna den imperialistiska storbourgeoisien. Därför kan inte den nationella bourgeoisien, den kompradora eller den byråkratiska leda en demokratisk revolution till seger – dess kamp leder endast till nationell underkastelse och utsugning.

Bourgeoisien i de förtryckta nationerna har som intresse att nå en så hög rang som möjligt i det imperialistiska systemet. Detta görs genom underkastelse till någon/några av imperialisterna och försvaras genom vapen. Om bourgeoisien i de förtryckta nationerna går mot de imperialistiska herrarna använder imperialisterna sin kontroll över världsmarknaden och genom militära medel för att underkuva dess ansträngningar.

Att förråda folket ligger i bourgeoisiens natur under imperialismen. Detta skulle inte vara något nytt från Hamas. Exempelvis år 2019 utförde de hård repression, arresteringar och tortyr mot massorna medan de protesterade mot den ekonomiska situationen och levnadsvillkoren i Gaza. Enligt Al Jazeera är Hamas öppet för att avväpnas:

”Hamas har för sin del offentligt avvisat uppmaningar att överlämna sina vapen, men experter säger att gruppen i privata sammanhang har uttryckt öppenhet för att överlämna en del av sitt vapenarsenal.

’När det gäller avväpning är det här man har sett den största förändringen i Hamas hållning’, säger Hugh Lovatt, expert på Israel-Palestina vid European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR).

’[Hamas-företrädare] har privat sagt till samtalspartner att gruppen kan vara öppen för en avveckling av Hamas offensiva vapen’, säger han till Al Jazeera.”

Det kommunistiska partiets nödvändighet

Detta visar på hur proletariatet är den enda klass vars intresse är att göra slut på klassamhället och är den enda ledande kraft förmögen att krossa imperialismen. Proletariatet skiljer sig från bourgeoisien därigenom att proletariatet har inget annat att förlora än sina bojor men de har en värld att vinna. Bourgeoisien har dock alltid möjligheten att teckna något avtal, förråda kampen och finna ett nytt liv som en medlare åt imperialisterna i Qatar eller Jordanien. Men sådana möjligheter erbjuds inte ett helt folk. Även om Hamas skulle gå med på avväpning skulle folket i Palestina inte släppa sina vapen. Folkets vapen är inte förhandlingsbara.

Proletariatet är folkets förtrupp i de förtryckta nationerna, likt den roll bourgeoisien innehade under de demokratiska revolutionerna av gammal typ (när kapitalismen föddes genom bourgeoisiens störtande av jordägarnas makt i de kapitalistiska länderna). Den har inget att vinna genom att låtas fortsätta underkuvas. Som ett resultat av dess ekonomiska och politiska ställning hyser proletariatet det starkaste hatet för de exploaterande klasserna. De har det största perspektivet och den största oron för kollektivet i stället för enbart oro för individen. Proletariatet är den mest radikala klassen i revolutionen; de hade den mest utvecklade känslan för disciplin och organisation. Den tvekar inte för någon fara eller något offer. Proletariatet är därför den klass, i egenskap av vara mer beslutsam och konsekvent än någon annan klass, som kan ena alla klasser som ingår i den palestinska nationen.

Men den kan endast göra detta genom att rekonstitueras i ett politiskt parti. Marxismen lär oss att ett politiskt parti är resultatet av klasskamp och att det samtidigt är dess instrument. Om en given klass i ett klassamhälle vill mobilisera och organisera sina styrkor för att kämpa emot motståndarklasserna och sedan ta makten, befästa denna makt, etablera och bevara sin dominans över hela samhället, måste den bygga en organisation och ett ledarskap som representerar deras intressen, som koncentrerar dess vilja, ett politiskt parti. Som Lenin sade: ”… klasser leds av politiska partier …” Det politiska partiet är klassens kärna och klassen är basen för ett politiskt parti. Varje politiskt parti har oundvikligen en tydligt definierad klasskaraktär. Det har aldrig funnits ett politiskt parti i världen som står över klasserna och det har inte heller funnits något ”parti för hela folket” som inte representerar bestämda klassintressen.

Marx lärdom från Pariskommunen var behovet av ett kommunistiskt parti. Lenin lär oss att de subjektiva krafterna är avgörande i de revolutionära striderna. Mao lär oss att den demokratiska revolutionen endast kan genomföras under proletärt ledarskap under imperialismen. Ordförande Gonzalo uttryckte det:

”Angående rekonstitutionen, varför betonar vi Perus kommunistiska parti? Därför att det måste göras fullständigt klart att partiet existerar. Och det bevisar det eftersom det i verkligheten, med vapen i hand, med ett blomstrande folkkrig, har öppnat den sanna och riktiga vägen för den demokratiska revolutionen att gripa makten. Detta förklaras här: Ordföranden förklarar detta när han analyserar erfarenheten från Ryssland, det gamla Ryssland, av Bolsjevikpartiet, och erfarenheten från Kina, av Kinas kommunistiska parti, och jämför det med Indien. Han säger: ’Varför är det så att det genomfördes en revolution i det gamla tsaristiska Ryssland? För att det fanns ett parti; Varför genomfördes det i Kina? För att det fanns ett parti; varför genomfördes det inte i Indien, givet att det hade liknande förhållanden som Kina? Därför att det inte fanns ett parti.’ Så, detta är ett annat central problem, inte endast för oss kommunister, utan för att kämpa i detta land.”

Dessutom är det av oerhörd vikt att inte falla som en svans till den spontana rörelsen eller till bourgeoisien. Det är endast genom rekonstitutionen av Palestinas kommunistiska parti och inledandet av folkkrig som den israeliska staten kan svepas bort av en demokratisk revolution som omedelbart förvandlas till en socialistisk revolution efter makterövrandet i hela landet. Det kommunistiska partiet är folkets bästa söner och döttrar, dess mest medvetna element, vars intressen inte kan särskiljas proletariatet och det besitter de bästa kvaliteter och element från historiens mäktigaste klass. Kommunister världen över måste fortsätta höja det palestinska folkets fana, som en symbol för kampen mot imperialismen och som en symbol mot förrädarna i folkets led. De måste avmaskera alla de krafter som stödjer den palestinska myndigheten och alla de krafter som förespråkar en nedläggning av folkens vapen. Men detta är inte nog! Det kommunistiska partiets fana måste också höjas, den röda, färgad av folkets spillda blod, med hammaren och skäran, som en symbol för nödvändigheten av det kommunistiska partiet, som en kamp mot imperialismen och som en fyr i mörkret som sprider ljuset för den evigt skinande kommunismen. Detta är detta enda sättet de kan ena alla klasser som utgör folket i den palestinska nationen i kampen mot inkräktaren. 

Vad händer härnäst?

Ja, det är frågan på allas läppar. Motståndet kommer oundvikligen att fortskrida. Det är en historisk lag att massorna fortsätter ta vapen i hand när de blir förtryckta av en sådan ondskefull fiende som den sionistiska inkräktaren och imperialismen. Även om delar av motståndet förråder står folket kvar. Imperialisterna kommer försöka ljuga om en fred som inte existerar samtidigt som kriget fortsätter på andra fronter. Se upptrappning gentemot Iran. Men verkligheten går inte att undanfly.

Det blir även spännande att se hur solidaritetsrörelsen för Palestina i Europa utvecklas efter “fredsavtalet”. Säkerligen kommer delar av rörelsen att nöja sig och lägga den palestinska fanan tillbaka i garderoben. Detta är inte konstigt då imperialisterna kommer använda alla sina medel för att plädera en “evig fred”. Detta är begränsningen hos alla spontana rörelser. Men detta kommer endast vara temporärt. När stridens flammor blåses upp igen kommer gatorna fyllas åter.

The genocidal Dina remained president until yesterday, presiding over a government repudiated by Tyrians and Trojans, which is only sustained by force of arms and by the parliamentary support of a slim majority of representatives of the different reactionary electoral groups, called “parties”, including the opportunists of “Perú Libre” with Waldemar Cerrón, who repeats the plate as vice president, some rats from the LOD of the “Magisterial Bloc”, “Socialist Bloc”, “Castillistas” and others.

A parliament, of which since 2021 more than 50 congressmen have changed political groups, some of them more than three times. With 67 of its 130 members with inquiries and investigations for alleged crimes against public administration, public faith and against other assets, up to rape. Like the one who was its president until yesterday, José Jerí Oré, and who now serves as president of the old Peruvian State. All of the above expresses greater decomposition, rot, they fall to pieces.

The main fact to explain this new coup is the new electoral situation, which takes place in the midst of the greatest decomposition of the old State and the old Peruvian society. Situation that fuels the exacerbation of contradictions in the reactionary field, greater collusion and reactionary struggle.

In turn, the mobilization and struggle of the masses against the greatest oppression and exploitation of the old order is expressed in the growing popular protest as an expression of the sharpening of the contradictions of the masses–feudality, the people–bureaucratic capitalism and the nation–imperialism, which manifests itself in a concentrated form as the contradiction of the masses–government.

The masses are the arena of contention between revolution and counterrevolution. For this reason, the reaction and its revisionist and opportunist servants try to join in these struggles to unite the masses to the electoral cart of the old Peruvian State. In this, each person seeks the benefit of faction, group and individuals behind the figurehead of more than 40 electoral acronyms, which claim to be called parties or fronts. All at the service of one or the other of the two factions of the big bourgeoisie at the service of imperialism.

In the mobilizations that have taken place from July to September, we have seen, on the one hand, the tendency for the masses to mobilize, increasingly active, in growing popular protest that marches to great popular explosions. And, on the other, the search to use them by reactionaries, revisionists and opportunists.

Replacement of president, crisis in the ‘heights’, crisis in the politics of the ruling class. The parliamentary coup d’état led by José Jerí Oré against Dina Boluarte, head of the fascist, genocidal and homeland-selling regime inaugurated in April 1992, expresses not only the acute crisis of the old and rotten Peruvian State, but that of the regime itself.

Current crisis, which begins with the election of the Yankee Kuczinsky in April 2016, who is overthrown by a parliamentary coup d’état in the second year of his presidential term, followed by two more parliamentary coups before the 2021 elections. The coup d’état against Dina Boluarte was already on the reactionary political agenda and of its revisionist and opportunist servants, it was on the parliamentary agenda of the Bolívar pigsty, but the day and time was missing, which had to have a pretext such as “just cause” and this has been brought about by the acts of common crime (extortion and hitmen) that occurred recently against a band of musicians that participated in a concert in a military club in the capital city (Lima).

These are just a few questions that, for the moment, we point out about this new change of government for a new parliamentary coup d’état, which is not an abnormality or something strange but rather the normality in the development of this fascist, genocidal and homeland-selling regime as an expression of the greatest decomposition of the old society and the old State, a dictatorship of big bourgeoisies and landowners at the service of imperialism. As a Peruvian poet pointed out when he learned of the so-called “Arequipa pronouncement” (Odria’s Milkitar coup d’état, 1948), “Peru returns to normal”.

The new government headed by the reactionary Jerí, questioned for the crime of rape, is just a change of horses in the fascist, genocidal and homeland-selling regime. Therefore; This new government will be more starving, genocidal and homeland-selling than the previous one. He will seek to bring his government more in line with the current government of Yankee imperialism, led by the genocidal ultra-reactionary Trump.

In this situation, the masses are in an increasingly pressing need to resist the double reactionary attack, on the one hand, from the repressive forces of the Peruvian State itself, from the gangs of the “warlords” of the large landowners and large mining companies, plus a triple attack, from the ever-growing scourge of the gangs of common criminals protected by the civil, military and police authorities of the reactionary State.

For this reason, the current political situation is very bad for the reaction and is very good for the revolution, it serves to advance the task of the general reorganization of the party in and for a new leap in the incorporation of the masses into the people’s war. The genocidal Dina remained president until yesterday, presiding over a government repudiated by Tyrians and Trojans, which is only sustained by force of arms and by the parliamentary support of a slim majority of representatives of the different reactionary electoral groups, called "parties", including the opportunists of "Perú Libre" with Waldemar Cerrón, who repeats the plate as vice president, some rats from the LOD of the  “Magisterial Bloc”, “Socialist Bloc”, “Castillistas” and others.

A parliament, of which since 2021 more than 50 congressmen have changed political groups, some of them more than three times. With 67 of its 130 members with inquiries and investigations for alleged crimes against public administration, public faith and against other assets, up to rape. Like the one who was its president until yesterday, José Jerí Oré, and who now serves as president of the old Peruvian State. All of the above expresses greater decomposition, rot, they fall to pieces.

The main fact to explain this new coup is the new electoral situation, which takes place in the midst of the greatest decomposition of the old State and the old Peruvian society. Situation that fuels the exacerbation of contradictions in the reactionary field, greater collusion and reactionary struggle.

In turn, the mobilization and struggle of the masses against the greatest oppression and exploitation of the old order is expressed in the growing popular protest as an expression of the sharpening of the contradictions of the masses-feudality, the people-bureaucratic capitalism and the nation-imperialism, which manifests itself in a concentrated form as the contradiction of the masses-government.

The masses are the arena of contention between revolution and counterrevolution. For this reason, the reaction and its revisionist and opportunist servants try to join in these struggles to unite the masses to the electoral cart of the old Peruvian State. In this, each person seeks the benefit of faction, group and individuals behind the figurehead of more than 40 electoral acronyms, which claim to be called parties or fronts. All at the service of one or the other of the two factions of the big bourgeoisie at the service of imperialism.

In the mobilizations that have taken place from July to September, we have seen, on the one hand, the tendency for the masses to mobilize, increasingly active, in growing popular protest that marches to great popular explosions. And, on the other, the search to use them by reactionaries, revisionists and opportunists.

Replacement of president, crisis in the 'heights', crisis in the politics of the ruling class. The parliamentary coup d'état led by José Jerí Oré against Dina Boluarte, head of the fascist, genocidal and country-selling regime inaugurated in April 1992, expresses not only the acute crisis of the old and rotten Peruvian State, but that of the regime itself.

Current crisis, which begins with the election of the Yankee Kuczinsky in April 2016, who is overthrown by a parliamentary coup d'état in the second year of his presidential term, followed by two more parliamentary coups before the 2021 elections. July 2021 new government appointed in reactionary elections of the rondero, opportunist, counterrevolutionary Castillo Terrones, which ends in a self-coup and then a coup  of state of the murderer Dina Boluarte and, October 10, 2025, a new parliamentary coup d'état led by the president of parliament José Jerí.

The new parliamentary coup d'état led by the reactionary Jeri, is motivated by the need of the reactionary parties, with revisionists and opportunists included, to distance themselves from the government of the murderous Dina, the most repudiated reactionary government in the history of the old Peruvian State, in order to gain credit and electoral returns for the April elections. The coup d'état against Dina Boluarte was already on the reactionary political agenda and of its revisionist and opportunist servants, it was on the parliamentary agenda of the Bolívar pigsty, but the day and time was missing, which had to have a pretext such as "just cause" and this has been brought about by the acts of common crime (extortion and hitmen) that occurred recently against a band of musicians that participated in a concert in  a military club in the capital city (Lima).

These are just a few questions that, for the moment, we point out about this new change of government for a new parliamentary coup d'état, which is not an abnormality or something strange but rather the normality in the development of this fascist, genocidal and country-selling regime as an expression of the greatest decomposition of the old society and the old State, a dictatorship of big bourgeoisies and landowners at the service of imperialism. As a Peruvian poet pointed out when he learned of the so-called “Arequipa pronouncement” (Odria's Milkitar coup d'état, 1948), “Peru returns to normal.”

The new government headed by the reactionary Jerí, questioned for the crime of rape, is just a change of horses in the fascist, genocidal and country-selling regime. Therefore; This new government will be more starving, genocidal and country-selling than the previous one. He will seek to bring his government more in line with the current government of Yankee imperialism, led by the genocidal ultra-reactionary Trump.

In this situation, the masses are in an increasingly pressing need to resist the double reactionary attack, on the one hand, from the repressive forces of the Peruvian State itself, from the gangs of the “warlords” of the large landowners and large mining companies, plus a triple attack, from the ever-growing scourge of the gangs of common criminals protected by the civil, military and police authorities of the reactionary State.

For this reason, the current political situation is very bad for the reaction and is very good for the revolution, it serves to advance the task of the general reorganization of the party in and for a new leap in the incorporation of the masses into the people's war. To get out of the current recess into an active people's war.
