This requires redoubled efforts on the part of the struggle, and in particular, it becomes the duty of the leaders to acquire ever greater knowledge on all theoretical questions, to free themselves ever more from the influence of traditional phrases belonging to the old conception of life, and to constantly bear in mind that socialism, once transformed into a science, demands to be treated as such, that is, to disseminate among the working masses the knowledge thus acquired, which becomes ever clearer, and the organization of the party and the organization of the trade unions become ever more closely intertwined…

We, the friends of the Peruvian Revolution, wish to begin this report by saluting the Communist Party of Peru, a heroic fighter that continues to persevere on the path of people’s war, which the Almighty directs, the Red Faction of the International Communist Movement, and its entire bottom-up leadership system. We also wish to salute the People’s Liberation Army and all its heroic fighters and units who, battle after battle, are conquering and building the new power. We salute all the activists and masses under the leadership of the Party, especially those organized in Fronten-Nya Staten.
December 3rd of this year marked the 91st anniversary of the birth of Chairman Gonzalo, renowned leader and leader of the Peruvian and world proletarian revolution. The day also marked the 43rd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Guerrilla Army, today the People’s Liberation Army. Liberation following the results of the Third Plenum of the Communist Party of Peru in 1992. We understand that the most important contribution of Chairman Gonzalo and his all-powerful Gonzalo Thought, and therefore Chairman Gonzalo's universal contribution, is his definition of Maoism itself.
An act of unconditional proletarian internationalism that, together with the start of the People's War in Peru, gave the International Communist Movement its greatest impetus since the beginning of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in China. The international proletariat had achieved its strategic offensive in the process of the world proletarian revolution.
With the process and circumstances of the People's War in Peru, the People's Movement of Peru (MPP) was created to serve the work of the Party abroad. This apparatus has provided and continues to provide great guidance to comrades and organizations in imperialist countries that are fighting for the establishment or reconstitution of Communist Parties.
We want to salute our comrades for their service in the impetus they have given us. We can only imagine what the situation would be like without the work of the Comrades, to establish Maoism as leader and commander in the Old World. In this spirit, several actions were carried out in the Stockholm area in honor of the Red faction of the International Communist Movement, the Communist Party of Peru.
