The First Congress of the Communist Party of Peru, Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Congress, Gonzalo Thought, has declared Comrade Norah: THE GREATEST HEROINE OF THE PARTY AND THE REVOLUTION! For this reason, it has issued the following:

HONOR AND GLORY TO COMRADE NORAH!
The First Congress pays profound and solemn tribute to Comrade Norah, member of the Red Faction and proven communist, great leader and imperishable example of giving one's life for the Party and the Revolution, unwavering Marxist-Leninist-Maoist fighter, Gonzalo Thought, firm and consistent anti-revisionist, the greatest heroine of the Party.
The Congress awards her the Order of the Hammer and Sickle, the highest Party distinction, and decides that, in the future Monument to the People's Heroes, she shall be placed in a special and prominent position.
