Everything is made known by the electoral authorities little by little.
The electoral scandal has burst and those in power in Peru, under the attentive monitoring of the puppet master gang, Yankee imperialism, cannot agree on whether the elections are considered valid despite the fact that they are completely invalid or are only partially annulled, as we know the entire process of the electoral farce is flawed from beginning to end. In this regard, in the reactionary newspaper Correo de Lima, it was announced that:

On April 12 of this year, elections were held in Peru, sorry, which could not be carried out in a single act as required by the reactionary law and the presidential call itself for its implementation, but rather had to be completed the next day, December 13, and whose final results have not been made known until today.
35 presidential candidates from so-called political parties and nearly 10,000 candidates for Parliament and the Senate participate in these elections. Among these Fuerza Popular, Renovación Popular, Avanza País, etc. of the compraist faction of the big bourgeoisie and 3 of revisionism and opportunism (Perú Libre, Together for Peru, Venceremos), which promote the program of the bureaucratic faction of the big bourgeoisie, and then comes a long etc.
The reactionary electoral political panorama seems typical of a surreal country, but no! It is typical of the general and final crisis suffered by the old semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, on which bureaucratic capitalism and the old State that represents and defends it develops. Old Society and its State that in the midst of gigantic genocides refuses to die swept away by the people's war led by the PCP, which began on May 17, 1980, and which, despite the twist and turn it finds itself in, will continue until culminating in the seizure of Power throughout the country.
The current regime to which this electoral panorama belongs expresses this general crisis in this field. Fascist, genocidal and country-selling regime established in April 1992, by a coup d'état by Fujimori led by the CIA-USA, which to this day heads the Peruvian State, the dictatorship of big bourgeois and landowners at the service of imperialism, mainly Yankee, as it had to be, has been in terminal crisis since 2016, the year in which Ollanta Humala 2011 and 2016) was the last president who could conclude his mandate. Then 7 presidents deposed by coup d'état followed.
On this occasion, the fraud has broken all the marks of electoral scandals to consummate the fraud that such “democratic” events are by their very nature. So much so, that the “legitimacy” of these elections to replace the authorities of the old Peruvian State for both the Executive and the Bicameral Congress has been denied not only because of their essential character of being a means to determine who will be the representatives of this class dictatorship to oppress those below from the Executive and the Parliament, it has been denounced by different media and characters of the reaction, as a flawed process. Vitiated by the actions of the authorities and institutions themselves to carry them out in accordance with their Constitution and fraudulent laws, that is, the rules by which the players of this game or electoral farce are governed have not been respected. From its own call by the government of the genocidal Dina, a government emanating from a coup d'état, to the National Election Jury (highest electoral authority) and the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) chaired by Piero Corvetto, who together with other officials of the ONPE are responsible for the violation of the terms and procedures for the exercise of the so-called "popular will", which according to the law of the reactionaries "vitiates the democratic election" of the authorities. In this regard, we quote verbatim an editorial article from a reactionary newspaper, which writes:
"The abundant irregularities that occurred before, during and after election day justify these requests and cloud a process about which there should not be an iota of doubt. From the indefensible choice of the Galaga company for the transport of electoral material to the lack of ink for the printers in the voting centers, through the failures of the STAE system and the false statement a few days before, in the sense that all the electoral material had already been timely dispatched to the premises, everything conspired against the legitimacy of the elections (…) The big question is what is going to be done to repair the damage that they have caused to these elections in particular and to democracy in general.“

Of course, all these complainants are not so disinterested, many of these are the arguments of the candidate called Porky López Aliaga, but we are relaying them to you, because in this reactionary contest between the gamblers of the reactionary elections, when the fraud that they have rigged turns out to be unfavorable to them, the hare springs. Thus, Donald Trump denounced the appointment of his challenger Joe Bidsen as fraud, thereby denouncing the fraudulent nature of the elections in the USA, such as those that appointed himself in 2016 and then in 2024. Chairman Mao told us that we must be attentive to the fight between reactionaries, because it is like when friends fight, the dirty laundry comes out in the sun; Many truths come out there to use against themselves. I. A document that announced chaos
In this same column I have referred to the "stunning" towards which the ballot paper seemed headed. We experienced it on Sunday the 12th with full clarity: a ballot 44 centimeters wide by 21 centimeters long, with five columns for five simultaneous elections and 37 competing organizations. II. The deficiencies of the ONPE and the fraud strategy
The day started with real problems. The JNE extended voting hours until 6 p.m. due to delays in the distribution of electoral material. The ONPE recognized the delays and attributed them to the non-compliance of the company contracted for transportation. At the close of this column, the head of the organization himself confirmed that more than 60 thousand citizens were not able to vote because their tables were never installed. It is a serious violation of fundamental political rights, which requires investigation and sanctions that must be established.
But it is one thing to demand transparency and accountability, and quite another to exploit failures as a pretext to attack electoral institutions. In the middle of the day, Rafael López Aliaga filed a criminal complaint against the head of the ONPE, Piero Corvetto, accusing him of "omission of functions in a permanent state of flagrancy" and requesting his immediate arrest. The Presidency of the National Board of Justice – whose current head had previously been a congressman for one of the political groups that will not cross the fence – in turn announced that it would request an investigation into Corvetto. As evening fell, the chorus was uniform: electoral fraud."
A candidate who, at the precise moment when citizens are voting, devotes his energy to calling for the arrest of the electoral referee is not concerned about transparency; You are preparing the scenario for fraud, if the results are not favorable. López Aliaga had already anticipated it: "Mr. Corvetto is not going to do to us what he did to us last time," he declared during the campaign. The logistical deficiency is serious and must be clarified with all its consequences. Turning it into proof of conspiracy, without any evidence, is the policy of institutional destruction that we have already seen in the previous process."
