The 3rd of December marked the 85th Anniversary of the Birth of Chairman Gonzalo. Hence, activists in both Denmark and the FRG on this date carried out actions to celebrate this occasion. In both countries the slogan "Defend the life of Chairman Gonzalo" was raised in wallpaintings with bold red letters. In a statement accompanying the documentation of images of the action in Denmark the comrades of Socialistisk Revolution expound:
“The International Communist Movement recognizes Chairman Gonzalo as the greatest living Marxist-Leninist-Maoist on the face of the earth and considers that the campaign in defense of his live is inseparably linked to the struggle to enforce Maoism as the commanding and guiding ideology of the Proletarian World Revolution.”
