LATIN AMERICA: Yankees go home!

Yankee imperialism, led by the ultra-reactionary genocidal Donald Trump, who openly preaches his hatred of immigrants and his desires for colonial expansion as part of the United States' national security policy, applies imperialist policy with the greatest cynicism, intimidatingly brandishing its economic sanctions, such as imposing prohibitive customs tariffs on exports from Latin American countries that do not submit to the dictates of the Yankee imperialist government in immigration matters. This imperialist cynicism and shamelessness is not a sign of strength but of the phase of greatest decomposition of Yankee imperialism. In particular, the anti-immigration policy and its declarations of colonial expansion, in addition to its economic and military components, are part of its social policy to try to counteract the sharpening of the class struggle within it, it is part of the war against the American people and to try to divert the attention of the masses of the country from the vile oppression and exploitation they suffer under the imperialist system.

Continuing, today's newspapers reported on the violation of Colombia's sovereignty and the capitulation of the traitorous president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, according to this information pattern:

"With force." Such is the criterion with which the president of the United States, Donald Trump, said he had resolved the diplomatic conflict with Colombia. “Peace is achieved with strength,” he said in a moment of meditation and warning about what his policy on Latin America would be.

“Peace is achieved with strength.” That was the answer he gave when he was questioned about it by the press on board Air Force One, when a journalist asked him what he had learned from the dispute with Colombia.

In the end “everything has gone very well with Colombia” and therefore “I am grateful that they have agreed to do what we wanted,” said the president while returning to Washington after speaking at a meeting of the Republican Party in Florida.

Trump also defended the work of immigration agents and said they are doing “a fantastic job,” deporting “dangerous criminals” at a “tremendous” rate out of the United States.

“Can you imagine? They have murderers, drug traffickers, gang members, murderers of all kinds, and they don't want them to go in handcuffs. "Would you like to be the two pilots in front of the plane and have 300 people on board who are murderers, drug traffickers and all kinds of people, and have to fly with them without wearing handcuffs?" he asked.

The deportations ordered by Trump led this Sunday to an unprecedented crisis in the relationship with Colombia, the United States' greatest ally in Latin America for decades" (Página 12, January 28, 2025)

Last Sunday, the US imperialist government, violating its own constitution, the international norms and treaties in force, the Vienna Convention on diplomatic matters, as well as all the uses and customs that govern the entry of military aircraft into another country, as well as the transportation and delivery of deported citizens from one country to another, has carried out the deportation of Colombian and Brazilian citizens in US military aircraft without informing its counterparts; the Colombian government of Petro having initially refused to receive said military aircraft with the deported Colombian citizens after having been declared by the US executive as criminals.

After a “forceful” but false declaration, the traitor President Petro and the highest authorities of the old Colombian State, a landowner-bureaucratic State at the service of imperialism, mainly Yankee, have capitulated, allowing the violation of the national sovereignty of their country, showing their full agreement with the measure and submitting to the intimidation and threats of Yankee imperialism. The Brazilian government of the imperialist lackey Lula, accepted the measure that violated the sovereignty of his country and received military flights and deportees trying to conceal their lackeyism with tearful complaints.

We see, in these first two cases, that just as it has done before and has been doing, imperialism is doing and undoing in our countries, that our countries are governed by elements that are absolutely lacking in sense and national spirit, a herd headed by Petro, Lula and others. They all have the problem of their character as unbridled lackeys and careerists, bureaucrats and technocrats that Yankee imperialism in particular has engendered.

It is up to us to unmask the greatest imperialist domination, mainly Yankee, in our countries, the greatest violation of national sovereignty in order to stir up the national spirit to reconstitute the Communist Party and initiate and develop the people's war to carry out the new democratic revolution and sweep away imperialism, bureaucratic capitalism and semi-feudalism.

Yankee imperialism is the main imperialism that dominates us, which does not mean that there is also penetration by other imperialisms, contradictions between imperialists; but that does not mean that we are seeing the monstrous shackles and subjection of mainly Yankee imperialism. This is the great puppeteer as the only hegemonic imperialist superpower, the great gendarme that is Yankee imperialism and the main enemy of the peoples of the world, which controls its semi-colonies from behind the scenes and in recent decades not even in this way but with its presence and even arrogance, just look at the latest events that we are denouncing.

The governments of the States in Latin America, as in the case of Colombia, etc., are headed by representatives of the big bourgeoisie, whether of its bureaucratic fraction or of the comprador, because it is the big bourgeoisie that runs the landowning-bureaucratic dictatorship, at the service of imperialism, mainly Yankee. These governments, independently of their class origin, the Executive and its president are representatives of the lackey big bourgeoisie for the interests and program that they defend. They represent the organized interest, that of the exploiting class, of the ruling class, of the big bourgeoisie in particular, which is the one that controls the State, which is the one that executes its policy through the State and applies it to the whole of society. The Executive is the very core of the State, it is the highest expression of the reactionary nature of the Old State in Colombia, in Latin America.

The tasks of the democratic revolution

1) Destroying imperialist domination, primarily Yankee imperialism for us, by thwarting the action of the other atomic superpower, Russian imperialism, and that of the other imperialist powers. 2) Destroying bureaucratic capitalism by confiscating large state and non-state monopoly capital. 3) Destroying feudal landlord property by confiscating large associative and non-associative property, handing over land individually under the slogan "Land to those who work it" to the poor peasants first and foremost. 4) Supporting middle class capital that is allowed to work by imposing conditions on it. All of which implies overthrowing the old State through people's war with revolutionary armed force and the leadership of the Communist Party, by building a new State.
