THE SPEECH BY OUR GREAT LEADERSHIP IS A COMBAT WEAPON THAT SHINES VICTORIOUSLY AND POWERFULLY BEFORE THE WORLD
We greet the international proletariat and the peoples of the world, we greet the International Communist League, with exultant joy and revolutionary optimism at the top, on the occasion of fulfilling the 33rd anniversary of the speech of our great leadership, President Gonzalo, of September 24, 1992.
Chairman Gonzalo’s speech shines powerfully and victoriously before the world, arming the Party to overcome to overcome the difficult and complex situation of the bend and inflection putting all his strength in tensioning to give a new impulse to the popular war, crushing revisionism and capitulation
We of the PERU PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT, as an organism generated from the party for international work, defend the interests of the people, the principles of the party, of the Popular War, we do it and we will continue to do, raising our red flag to the top, which once raised must never be hardened. We take a position for what President Gonzalo taught: "So a communist on earth is, everything will be raised again." Therefore, we take firm position by the current direction of the party, the communists, combatants and masses, and we hold ourselves freely and unconditionally to the commitment assumed:
“The Communist Party of Peru, assumes the firm commitment, being strongly subject to our base of partisan unity, solid as the purest steel, an inexhaustible source of wisdom and indestructible weapon to face the general reorganization of the party and reimprorate the popular war (…)
The heroic combatant, the party, from the inextinguishable bonfire of the popular war, from the spark and flame of May 17, 1980, since the celebration of the 30 years of our first congress; Calls the communist parties and revolutionary organizations Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, to constitute and reconstitute Maoist communist parties to initiate and develop popular wars, do so serves decidedly to the triumph of the democratic revolution with uninterrupted jump to socialism and with great proletarian cultural revolution to reach the desired and golden communism. The events that the popular wars initiated and developed and the national liberation struggles and the oppressed people of the world such as in India, Turkey and the Philippines, armed struggles of liberation in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libyan among other nations (...) confirm, confirm that Maoism is being increasingly increasing President Gonzalo serve the world revolution. The President Gonzalo established us: "... Our party was founded to conquer power, reconstituted to meet that goal "Our Party was founded to conquer power, it was reconstituted to fulfill this objective and it initiated the armed struggle to shape this path; this road has brought us to the immediate goal of conquering power countrywide, it is a political strategy that must guide us, it is a struggle more complex, more intensified, more glorious, to complete the democratic revolution, to build the People’s Republic of Peru. All our work serves this end . . . ." From this the Party unalterably maintains the course of the revolution facing the of the complex and difficult problems that it is going through after the arrest of President Gonzalo and the betrayal of the rats of the right -wing opportunistic line, revisionist and capitulationist (ROL). Those who since then to date, all they do is repair the black vomiting that mistakes from their jaws full of blood of this fascist, genocidal and vendria regime, of Fujimori and its continuators, to the killer Dina, the only thing that they have as a support will be the one to emanate from the sewer of imperialism and the reaction and nothing else.
The speech is an indispensable weapon to raise, defend and apply the principles of the party and the Popular War against imperialism, reaction and revisionism. It is an indispensable weapon to culminate the general reorganization of the party in and for the Popular War.
The speech assembles the Maoists of the world in the present situation, President Gonzalo on that occasion establishes us:
""Finally now, listen to this. As we see in the world, Maoism is marching unstoppably to lead the new wave of world proletarian revolution. Listen well and understand! Those who have ears, use them. Those who have understanding–and we all have it–use it! Enough of this nonsense! Enough of these obscurities! Let us understand that! What is unfolding in the world? What do we need? We need Maoism to be embodied, and it is being embodied, and by generating Communist Parties to drive and lead this new great wave of the World Proletarian Revolution that is coming", "Today there is one reality; the same contenders of the First and Second World War are preparing a new Third World War. We should know this and we, as the children of an oppressed nation, are part of the booty. We cannot consent to this! Enough imperialist exploitation! We must finish with them! We are of the third world and the third world is the base of the World Proletarian Revolution, with one condition, that the Communist Parties brandish and lead! That is what we must do! . . ." We emphasize the importance of the oppressed nations that are the base of the World Proletarian Revolution and the immediate necessity of generating Maoist Communist parties that develop people’s war, in order to correspondingly unfold the new great wave of the world revolution and to impose Maoism as the command and guide."
