Demonstration to protest the
killing of Comrade Gonzalo and Commemoration meeting of Comrade Gonzalo was
held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Today on 24 September 2021, a procession has been held in
Shahbag, Dhaka to protest the killing of Comrade Gonzalo with a demand to bury
his body. Prior to the procession, important members of the commemorative
committee and representatives of various progressive political parties paid
homage to Comrade Gonzalo at the commemoration meeting which started at 3.30
pm. After observing one minute of silence by singing the Communist International
and expressing revolutionary greetings (red salute) to Comrade Gonzalo, the
presenter of the commemorative meeting, writer-publisher Munir Merashed, read
the historical speech of the imprisoned comrade Gonzalo in Bengali. In their
discussion, the speakers highlighted the life and aspects of his outlooks of
the great Maoist leader Comrade Gonzalo.
The fascist state of Peru assassinated Comrade Gonzalo on
September 11 in a plot of US imperialism, ignoring the demands of the people of
Peru and the world for his release and saving his life. Fearing that burying
Comrade Gonzalo's body could provoke a popular uprising, Peru's "left-wing" fascist government passed a barbaric law in parliament last Friday to creamate
Comrade Gonzalo's body.
Protesting against the killing of Comrade Gonzalo in the
procession, they demanded immediate burial of Comrade Gonzalo. Convener of the
commemorative committee Hasan Fakri presided over the commemoration meeting.
Journalist Badal Shah Alam, editor of Khanan newspaper, Farhana Haque Shama,
member of the editorial board of Lamppost, Mofizur Rahman Laltu, general
secretary of Bivartan Cultural Center, Faizul Hakim, general secretary of
National Liberation Council, United Communist League Member Dr. Harunur Rashid,
Kawsar Mansur, central member of the Jatio Ganofront, writer Syed Abul Kalam,
Biplob Bhattacharya, member of the Central Committee of the Nayaganotantrik
Ganomorcha and Masud Khan, president of the Jatio Ganotantrik Ganomancho.
Bivartan Cultural Center and Gana Muktir Ganer Dal performed revolutionary
songs at the commemoration meeting. At the end of the commemoration meeting,
the slogan-oriented protest procession came to an end at Shahbagh after going
around Dhaka University.

Manifestación
para protestar por el asesinato del camarada Gonzalo y reunión de conmemoración
del camarada Gonzalo se llevó a cabo en Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Hoy,
24 de septiembre de 2021, se ha celebrado una marcha en Shahbag, Daca para
protestar por el asesinato del camarada Gonzalo con la exigencia de enterrar su
cuerpo. Previo a la marcha importantes miembros del comité conmemorativo y
representantes de diversos partidos políticos progresistas rindieron homenaje
al camarada Gonzalo en el acto conmemorativo que comenzó a las 15.30 horas.
Después de guardar un minuto de silencio con el canto de la Internacional
Comunista y el saludo revolucionario (saludo rojo) al camarada Gonzalo, el
presentador del encuentro conmemorativo, el escritor-editor Munir Merashed,
leyó el histórico discurso del compañero preso Gonzalo en bengalí. En su
discusión, los ponentes destacaron la vida y aspectos de su mirada del gran
líder maoísta camarada Gonzalo.
El estado fascista del Perú asesinó al camarada Gonzalo el 11 de
septiembre en un complot del imperialismo estadounidense, ignorando las
demandas del pueblo peruano y del mundo para su liberación y salvar su vida.
Ante el temor de que enterrar el cuerpo del camarada Gonzalo pudiera provocar
un levantamiento popular, el gobierno fascista de „izquierda“ del Perú aprobó
una ley bárbara en el parlamento el viernes pasado para cremar el cuerpo del
camarada Gonzalo.
Protestando contra la muerte del camarada Gonzalo en la marcha, exigieron el entierro inmediato del camarada Gonzalo. El coordinador del comité conmemorativo, Hasan Fakri, presidió la reunión conmemorativa. Periodista Badal Shah Alam, editor del periódico Khanan, Farhana Haque Shama, miembro del consejo editorial de Lamppost, Mofizur Rahman Laltu, secretario general del Centro Cultural Bivartan, Faizul Hakim, secretario general del Consejo de Liberación Nacional, miembro de la Liga Comunista Unida Dr. Harunur Rashid, Kawsar Mansur, miembro central del Jatio Ganofront, el escritor Syed Abul Kalam, Biplob Bhattacharya, miembro del Comité Central del Nayaganotantrik Ganomorcha y Masud Khan, presidente del Jatio Ganotantrik Ganomancho. El Centro Cultural Bivartan y Gana Muktir Ganer Dal interpretaron canciones revolucionarias en la reunión de conmemoración. Al final de la reunión de conmemoración, la marcha de protesta con consignas llegó a su fin en Shahbagh después de dar la vuelta a la Universidad de Dhaka.
